Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the rise of a sleeper by a method wherein a pad for a side having an insertion part formed in the shape of a wedge in cross section is inserted between a sleeper and the rise wall of a sleeper support. CONSTITUTION:An insertion part 34 of a pad 23 for a side being a long member mounted between a pair of side rise walls 32 and 32 of a sleeper support 22 and sides C3 and C3 in a longitudinal direction of a sleeper C is formed in the shape of a wedge in cross section in the direction of thickness to facilitate insertion thereof. An in-protrusion 36 is formed on the upper end of the side rise wall 32 and engaged with a groove 35 of the pad 23 for a side. Thereby, when the pad 23 for a side is inserted between the side rise wall 32 and a sleeper C, the sleeper C is prevented from slipping upward along the slope of the side C3 of the sleeper C. Further, by pulling out the pad 23 for a side from a space between the sleeper and the sleeper support, the sleeper and the pad for a bottom are exchanged.

However, such a vibration-proof sleeper has the following problems. (1) When attaching the elastic material with an adhesive, it is necessary to form the bottom surface of the sleeper to be smooth, which requires time and effort to manufacture the sleeper. (2) When mounting the elastic material with bolts and nuts, it is necessary to embed the nuts in the sleepers, and the work becomes complicated, and it takes time to manufacture the sleepers. (3) Further, when the elastic material is a bolt or nut, it takes a lot of time and effort to attach and detach the elastic material. (4) Furthermore, if the elastic material is attached with bolts and nuts, the bolts and nuts may rust each other, making it impossible to replace the elastic material. (5) Since the elastic material is integrally provided on the sleeper, it may take a lot of time to replace the elastic material with a different elastic coefficient or the elastic material deteriorated over time, or the elastic material cannot be replaced. It may be close to, and in such a case, it will be a difficult task. (6) There is also a vibration-proof sleeper that is formed by putting the elastic material for the bottom surface and the elastic material for the side surface in a prefabricated box and then putting the sleeper in the box. May get dirt or dust in the gap between the box and sleepers. In addition, if you surely prevent the infiltration of dirt and dust,
A dust cover is required and the structure becomes complicated.

The anti-vibration device for sleepers according to the present invention has the following effects. (1) Since the sleepers are configured to receive the sleepers without using adhesives, bolts and nuts, the sleepers can be simplified in shape. (2) By removing the side pad 23 from between the sleeper and the sleeper receiver, the bottom pad and sleeper can be replaced easily and quickly. (3) Since the pads for the bottom surface and the pads for the side surfaces have elasticity, it is possible to absorb vibrations when the vehicle passes and reduce noise. (4) Since the cross-sectional shape of the side surface pad in the thickness direction is formed in a wedge shape, the sleeper can be held by absorbing the dimensional tolerance and manufacturing error of the sleeper. (5) Since the side pad is inserted between the sleeper and the sleeper receiver, intrusion of dust into the sleeper receiver is prevented, and elastic deterioration of the bottom pad can be prevented. (6) When the sleepers are pulled up from the roadbed and try to float as the rails expand due to the rise in temperature, the side pads rise together with the sleepers due to the friction between the side pads and the sleeper receiver. Since the sleeper is received without doing so, the sleeper can be prevented from rising. (7) If the side pad rises integrally with the sleeper against the above friction, the engagement of the ridge and the groove prevents the sleeper from rising.
