Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an elastic material (bottom surface pad) is integrally provided on the bottom surface of a vibration-proof sleeper (not shown) to absorb vibration generated when a vehicle passes by and reduce noise. This elastic material is integrally provided with an adhesive and bolts and nuts. If the sleeper is made of concrete, put the manufactured sleeper in a formwork larger than the sleeper to create a gap between the sleeper and the formwork, and use urethane resin, which is an elastic body, in this gap. By injecting and solidifying, the elastic body is integrally provided on the sleeper.

(1) When attaching the elastic material with an adhesive, it is necessary to form the bottom surface of the sleeper to be smooth, which requires time and effort to manufacture the sleeper. (2) When mounting the elastic material with bolts and nuts, it is necessary to embed the nuts in the sleepers, and the work becomes complicated, and it takes time to manufacture the sleepers. (3) Further, when the elastic material is a bolt or nut, it takes a lot of time and effort to attach and detach the elastic material. (4) Furthermore, if the elastic material is attached with bolts and nuts, the bolts and nuts may rust each other, making it impossible to replace the elastic material. (5) Since the elastic material is integrally provided on the sleeper, it may take a lot of time to replace the elastic material with a different elastic coefficient or the elastic material deteriorated over time, or the elastic material cannot be replaced. It may be close to, and in such a case, it will be a difficult task. (6) There is also a vibration-proof sleeper that is formed by putting the elastic material for the bottom surface and the elastic material for the side surface in a prefabricated box and then putting the sleeper in the box. May get dirt or dust in the gap between the box and sleepers. In addition, if you surely prevent the infiltration of dirt and dust,
A dust cover is required and the structure becomes complicated.

An elastic bottom pad interposed between the bottom plate and the bottom surface of the sleeper, and inserted between the opposing rising wall and the longitudinal side surface of the sleeper among the three rising walls. A long side surface pad having an insertion portion having elasticity, a ridge formed on one of the opposing rising wall and the side surface pad, and a groove formed on the other side to receive the ridge. The above-mentioned problems are solved by a sleeper vibration isolator having a cross section in the thickness direction of the insertion portion that is wedge-shaped.

To attach the anti-vibration device to the sleeper, first lay the bottom pad on the bottom plate of the sleeper receiver. After that, the sleeper receivers are attached to both ends of the sleeper, and the side pad is inserted between the longitudinal side surface of the sleeper and the rising wall of the sleeper receiver.

Even if the gap between the sleepers and the rising wall of the sleeper receiver differs for each sleeper due to the dimensional tolerance or error in the width direction of the sleepers,
Since the cross-sectional shape of the side pad in the thickness direction is formed in a wedge shape, the side pad is inserted while absorbing dimensional tolerance or error.

The sleepers are attached to both ends of the sleepers and transported to the railway track laying site, where the sleeper receiving portions are embedded in the roadbed. When the rail stretches and deforms upward in the long rail section as the temperature rises, the sleeper is pulled up from the bed by the rail and tries to move upward. However, the side pad cannot move upward due to the friction between the side pad and the sleeper receiver.

To replace the sleepers, the side pads are removed, then the sleepers are lifted, and the sleepers are removed from the sleepers. The replacement of the bottom pad is carried out after the side pad is removed and then the sleeper is lifted to form a gap required for the replacement between the bottom surface of the sleeper and the sleeper receiver.

The sleeper receiver 22 is made of plastic such as hard urethane foam, polyester resin, polyamide resin, and epoxy resin. When hard urethane foam is used, it is less likely to spread fire than other resins when a fire occurs (has self-extinguishing properties), generates less toxic gas, and is an excellent sleeper support 22 in terms of safety. Is obtained. The interval L (see FIG. 1) between the pair of side rising walls (opposing rising walls) 32 of the sleeper receiver 22 (see FIG. 1) is set wider than the width W of the bottom of the sleeper C.

An inward projection 36 is formed at the upper end of the. Groove 35
Since the upper end of the side surface pad 23 covers the upper end of the side rising wall 32 by the combination of the ridge 36 and the ridge 36, the gap S1 between the sleeper receiver 22 and the side surface C3 of the sleeper C is filled with dirt, dust, or the like. Is prevented from entering. Although not shown, the side surface pad 23 is formed with a ridge, and the side rising wall 3 is formed.
You may form a groove | channel in 2. An inclined surface 37 that is in contact with the insertion portion 34 of the side pad 23 is formed at an intermediate portion in the height direction of the side rising wall 32. Groove 3 of the side pad 23
5 and the ridge 36 of the side rising wall 32 are adapted to engage with each other. Therefore, when the side pad 23 is inserted between the side rising wall 32 and the sleeper C, the side pad 23 does not come out upward along the slope of the side surface C3 of the sleeper C.

When the width of the sleeper C is narrow, the side pad 23 is inserted below the sleeper receiver 22 as shown in FIG. 15, and when the width of the sleeper C is wide, as shown in FIG. Is inserted above. That is, the side surface pad 23 absorbs the dimensional tolerance or error in the width direction of the sleeper C at the wedge-shaped portion.

The upward movement is blocked by the friction between 3 and the slope 37 of the sleeper receiver 22.

(1) Since the sleepers are configured to receive the sleepers without using adhesives, bolts and nuts, the sleepers can be simplified in shape. (2) By removing the side pad 23 from between the sleeper and the sleeper receiver, the bottom pad and sleeper can be replaced easily and quickly. (3) Since the pads for the bottom surface and the pads for the side surfaces have elasticity, it is possible to absorb vibrations when the vehicle passes and reduce noise. (4) Since the cross-sectional shape of the side surface pad in the thickness direction is formed in a wedge shape, the sleeper can be held by absorbing the dimensional tolerance and manufacturing error of the sleeper. (5) Since the side pad is inserted between the sleeper and the sleeper receiver, intrusion of dust into the sleeper receiver is prevented, and elastic deterioration of the bottom pad can be prevented. (6) When the sleepers are pulled up from the roadbed and try to float as the rails expand due to the rise in temperature, the side pads rise together with the sleepers due to the friction between the side pads and the sleeper receiver. Since the sleeper is received without doing so, the sleeper can be prevented from rising. (7) If the side pad rises integrally with the sleeper against the above friction, the engagement of the ridge and the groove prevents the sleeper from rising.
