せ、その後取り出された用済みの被検索物(5) を何れか
の棚(6) に返却した際、返却された被検索物(5) の検索
子機(3) より自己の認識コードを出力させて前記棚(6)
の夫々に設けられた棚返却情報管理装置(4) に該認識コ
ードを記憶させた後、該棚返却情報管理装置(4) より返
却された被検索物(5) の検索子機(3) に、記憶してなる
取出データを消し込むための消去信号を出力し、その後
ホストコンピュータ(1a)からの要求によって該棚返却情
報管理装置(4) に記憶してなる各被検索物(5) の検索子
機(3) の認識コードの夫々に、該被検索物(5) が返却収
納された棚(6) の棚データ及び棚板(6b)の棚段データの
夫々を付加し、前記ホストコンピュータ(1a)に返答する
ことを特徴とするカルテ等の被検索物の個別検索管理方

された被検索物(5) の検索子機(3) の認識コードを出力
する認識コード出力部(3b)とが設けられてなり、しかも
前記棚(6) の夫々には、返却された検索子機(3)から出
力された認識コードを記憶する棚返却情報管理装置(4)
が設けられ、且つ該棚返却情報管理装置(4) には、前記
返却された検索子機(3) の認識コードを記憶した際、返
却された被検索物(5) の検索子機(3) に記憶された取出
データを消し込むための消去信号を出力する消去信号発
信部(4b)が設けられてなり、且つ該棚返却情報管理装置
(4) には、前記ホストコンピュータ(1a)からの要求によ
り記憶してなる各被検索物(5) の検索子機(3) の認識コ
ードの夫々に、該被検索物(5) が返却収納された棚(6)
の棚データ及び棚板(6b)の棚段データの夫々を付加して
返答する返却収納棚データ送信部(4c)が設けられてなる
ことを特徴とするカルテ等の被検索物の個別検索管理装
