であった焼肉プレートの取り付け,取外しが容易になっ
た。取り付けられた焼肉プレートは、水受け皿や外装体
に対して正確に位置決めされると共に、移動不能に固定
される。 (2) 焼肉プレートの加熱調理面に設けられた肉載置用突
起が、肉から滲み出る油を肉から分離し、動物性脂肪の
少ない健康食品を調理することができる。 (3) 焼肉プレート上の油は、停滞することなく傾斜面を
経由して油排出孔に排出され、油排出孔を通過した油は
焼肉プレートの下面に回り込み、拡散することが防止さ
れるので、油煙の発生が防止され、快適に食事をするこ
とができる。
