【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は加熱調理器具に関す
るものであって、特にホットプレートや焼肉器などのよ
うに、調理プレートの下部に電熱ヒーターを設け、当該
電熱ヒーターにより調理プレートを加熱してその調理プ
レート上の被調理物を調理する形式の加熱調理器具に関
するものである。

【従来の技術】従来から、ホットプレートや焼肉器など
の加熱調理器具が汎用されている。これらの加熱調理器
具は、被調理物を調理する調理プレートを、その下部に
設けられた電熱ヒーターで加熱するものである。
【０００３】そしてその電熱ヒーターは大別して、調理
プレートの下面に一体に埋め込まれた構造のものと、電
熱ヒーターと調理プレートとが別体であって、電熱ヒー
ターを加熱調理器具の本体に載置し、その電熱ヒーター
の上に調理プレートを載置して使用するものとがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、電熱ヒ
ーターを調理プレートの下面に一体に埋め込んだ構造の
ものは、電熱ヒーターに通電するための端子が調理プレ
ートに固定されることとなるため、使用後に洗浄する際
に、端子に水が入らないようにしなければならず、調理
プレートを丸洗いすることが困難である。
【０００５】また電熱ヒーターと調理プレートとを別体
としたものにおいては、加熱調理器具の本体に電熱ヒー
ターを支持するため、本体内に設けられた遮熱板などに
電熱ヒーターを支持するための支持片を切り起して立設
するので、使用後にその遮熱板を清掃する際に支持片が
邪魔になり、綺麗に清掃することができず、また支持片
に手が引っ掛かって怪我をする恐れもある。
【０００６】また上述のように支持片で電熱ヒーターを
支持し、その上に調理プレートを載置するのであるが、
調理プレートと電熱ヒーターとは調理プレートの重量に
よって圧接するだけであるので、両者の密着性が不十分
であり、電熱ヒーターの熱が十分に調理プレートに伝わ
りにくいきらいがある。
【０００７】本発明はかかる事情に鑑みなされたもので
あって、電熱ヒーターと調理プレートとが別体であっ
て、調理プレートを丸洗いすることが可能であると共
に、電熱ヒーターを調理プレートに係止して取り付け、
本体に支持片を立設する必要がなく且つ調理プレートに
十分に熱の伝達が行われる、加熱調理器具を提供するこ
とを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】而して本発明は、電熱ヒ
ーターにより加熱される調理プレートを有する加熱調理
器具において、前記調理プレートの下面に一方向に開放
した複数の略Ｌ字状の係止片を垂設し、単一平面内にお
いてジグザグ状に彎曲せしめられ且つその一部が前記平
面から僅かに下方に傾斜した電熱ヒーターを、前記傾斜
部を前記平面に偏倚せしめつつ前記調理プレートの下面
に沿ってスライドさせ、前記係止片に対してその開放側
から挿入することにより係止し、電熱ヒーターがその弾
性によって調理プレートの下面に圧接せしめられること
を特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】図１は本発明の加熱調理器具の一
例としてのホットプレート１を示すものであって、当該
ホットプレート１は本体２の内部に遮熱板３が設置さ
れ、当該遮熱板３の上方に調理プレート４が設けられて
いる。
【００１１】そして調理プレート４の下面には、略Ｌ字
状の係止片５が複数個垂設されており、これらの複数個
の係止片５は、すべて一方向すなわち図面において右方
に開放されるように設けられている。また電熱ヒーター
６の設置経路に沿ってその両側にリブ１０が形成されて
いる。

るようにジグザグ形状に彎曲せしめられており、その両
端はプラグ受け部材７に結合され、当該プラグ受け部材
７に温度調節器付きプラグ８が結合されて、温度センサ

給するようになっている。
【００１３】而してこの電熱ヒーター６は、図２に鎖線
で示すように調理プレート４の下面に沿わせ、これを図
中左方にスライドさせることにより前記係止片５に係止
し、電熱ヒーター６を調理プレート４に装着する。
【００１４】このとき図１（ａ）に示すように係止片５
の先端にテーパー面１１を形成することにより、電熱ヒ
ーター６を係止片５に容易に係止することができると共
に、調理プレート４の下面に電熱ヒーター６を押し付け
た状態で装着し、伝熱効率を高めることができる。
【００１５】また電熱ヒーター６を前述のように、単一
平面内においてジグザグ形状に彎曲せしめると共に、そ
の一部を図１（ｂ）に示すように僅かに下方に傾斜した
状態に成形し、その傾斜部１２を鎖線で示すように上方
に偏倚させて前記ジグザグ形状の平面に一致せしめ、そ
の傾斜の下端において前記係止片５に係止せしめること
により、電熱ヒーター６はその変形に伴う弾性によっ
て、調理プレート４の下面に圧接した状態で装着され
る。

【作用】本発明においては、電熱ヒーター６を調理プレ
ート４の下面に沿わせ、当該電熱ヒーター６を調理プレ
ート４に沿ってスライドさせることにより、電熱ヒータ
ー６の一部が係止片５に係止し、調理プレート４の下面
に電熱ヒーター６を装着する。
【００１７】この状態で電熱ヒーター６に設けられたプ
ラグ受け部材７をホットプレート１の本体２の周縁部に
載置し、調理プレート４をホットプレート１の上部の所
定位置に設置する。

を形成し、当該テーパー面１１で電熱ヒーター６を誘導

よって、調理プレート４の下面に圧接した状態で装着す
ることができる。

【発明の効果】本発明によれば、電熱ヒーター６を調理
プレート４に取り付け、その状態で調理プレート４を本
体２に設置するので、本体２の遮熱板３などに電熱ヒー
ター６を支持するための支持片などを切り起す必要がな
く、遮熱板３の内面は平滑であって使用後には容易に且
つ安全に清掃することができる。
【００２１】また焼肉器などのように、調理プレート４
に穴の開いた加熱調理器具においては、当該調理プレー
ト４の穴から滴り落ちた油が本体２の底部にこびりつく
のを防止するために、本体２内に水を張った水受け皿を
