Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce assembly work of columns and beams at site so as to improve work efficiency by providing a plurality of units in which a beam is formed into square in plan view and columns are provided integrally at corners of the beam on which floor member is provided on its top face, fixing them at a fixed interval, and connecting them each other by means of connecting beams. CONSTITUTION:Columns 3 are joined integrally at each corner of a beam 2 formed into square in plan view to constitute high floor frame units 1. A space below floor among the columns 3 is set to a predetermined interval so that piping can be arranged. The units 1 are fixed on a top face of a foundation slab. Furthermore, the units 1 are connected by means of connecting beams 7. Also, an oblique member 11 is attached to prevent vibration. Consequently, it is possible to omit the work process in which the columns 3 are fitted at site, and it is possible to correspond easily to a change of layout such as change of position of ducts by determining the position of the units and connecting the units by means of the connecting beams.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a clean room, a high floor structure has been adopted in which a floor surface is maintained at a constant height to form an underfloor space, and an air conditioning duct for exhaust and intake is passed through the underfloor space. Has been done. This high-floor structure is one in which the columns are erected at relatively close intervals, the intervals between the columns are increased in the parts through which the air-conditioning duct passes, and the floor surface is formed on the upper surfaces of these columns via beams. The space surrounded by columns and beams is the underfloor space.

In the raised floor structure described in detail above, the raised floor frame unit 1 is composed of a beam 2 formed in a quadrangular shape in a plan view and a column 3 integrally provided with the beam 2 at a corner of the beam 2. Since the raised floor is assembled as described above, the raised floor frame unit 1 can be assembled at a place other than the site (a factory in this embodiment) and then brought to the site, whereby the pillar 3 is assembled at the site, etc. The troublesome work process can be omitted, and the work efficiency can be improved. Further, in the raised floor structure of the present embodiment, since the raised floor is assembled by using the raised floor frame unit 1 as a unit, even when the layout is changed such as when the positions of the air conditioning duct D and the pipe P are changed, the raised floor frame unit is first. 1 position is determined, and then the connecting beams 7 are connected between the high-rise frame units 1.
It is possible to easily deal with the problem by connecting with, and it is possible to greatly improve the workability when changing the layout. Further, in the high floor structure of the present embodiment, a high floor frame unit 1 including a beam 2 formed in a quadrangular shape in a plan view and a column 3 integrally provided with the beam 2 at a corner of the beam 2 is installed in a factory or the like. Since it can be created intensively at the same work site of
In this respect as well, improvement of work efficiency when assembling a high floor can be expected.

Further, in the high floor structure of this embodiment, the beams 2 of the high floor frame unit 1 are formed in a square shape in a plan view, and the high floor frame units 1 are arranged in the x direction at the same intervals as the columns 3 in the high floor frame unit 1. Since they are arranged in the y direction, it is sufficient to prepare one kind of connecting beam 7 for connecting the high floor frame units 1 to each other having the same length as the beam 2 of the high floor frame units 1,
It is also advantageous in terms of construction cost.

It should be noted that the numerical values indicating the intervals between the raised floor frame units 1 and the lengths of the beams 2 and columns 3 shown in this embodiment are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited to these. Further, in the present embodiment, the interval n between the high-floor frame units 1 and the distance m between the beams 3 in the high-floor frame unit 1 are made to coincide with each other, but this is not essential, and the point is with respect to the x and y directions. It may be arranged so that they are the same. Further, in the present embodiment, the beams 2 of the high floor frame unit 1 are arranged in a square shape, but the present invention is not limited to this and may be arranged in a rectangular shape.

Further, in this embodiment, the high floor frame unit 1
In addition to the arrangement of the diagonal member 11, one end is fixed to the lower part of the pillar 3 via the fixing member 12 and the other end is connected to the upper part of the other pillar 3 similarly to the arrangement of the diagonal member 11. It is preferable that a damping device such as a hydraulic cylinder is provided so that the damping device is fixed to a fixing member 13 that is a connecting portion with the beam 2 so that the whole is inclined. With this configuration, even when the high floor frame unit 1 vibrates in the horizontal direction due to the vibration from the equipment,
This vibration can be effectively damped. Further, in this embodiment, the underfloor space 50 of the high floor frame unit 1
54 to 54, the air conditioning duct D and the pipe P are arranged in the underfloor space 50, but the present invention is not limited to this.
It goes without saying that they may be arranged in any of the four.
