<< Prior Art >> Conventionally, for example, a strip-shaped film that is continuously drawn out is formed into a tubular shape by a bag-making device disposed in the middle of the withdrawal, and an object to be packaged is formed in the tubular film formed into the tubular shape. Are sequentially supplied at predetermined intervals. Then, while the tubular film and the object to be packaged move together, a vertical seal is applied to the polymerized end of the tubular film, and further, a seal is cut in the lateral direction between the objects to be packaged to manufacture a package. There is an automatic packaging machine that does this.

Then, depending on the shape of the packaged object accommodated in the completed package, the completed package does not have the corners and has a rounded shape, so that a high-class feeling cannot be obtained. In addition, a gusset may be formed by inserting a folding claw in the center of the thickness (height) of the tubular film immediately before making a seal cut in the lateral direction, and in such a case, the tubular film has a certain thickness. If it is not formed, the height direction position of the folding claw is fixed, so that the folding claw cannot be accurately inserted in the center of the tubular film in the thickness direction.

Therefore, in order to give the feeling that the corners of the completed package are angular without being influenced by the shape of the object to be packaged and to allow the folding claw to be easily inserted into the center of the package, for example, As shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 55-84201, various devices have been proposed in which a band-shaped film which is being transferred is previously given a crease habit.

That is, in the apparatus proposed in the above publication, as shown in FIG. 6, a pair of relatively wide curling rollers B and B'arranged so as to sandwich the strip-shaped film A are arranged to face each other. Then, on the outer peripheral surface of one of the protuberance rollers B, two convex stripes C, C and a concave groove D arranged between both convex stripes C, C are provided so as to surround the convex groove C and the concave groove D. There is also one in which two concave grooves D and one convex line C are formed on the outer circumference of the other forming roller B ′ so as to be engaged with. Then, by passing the strip-shaped film F between the habit forming rollers B and B ′, the ridge line habit is imparted by being pinched by the convex strip C and the concave groove D arranged above and below.

<< Problems to be Solved by the Invention >> However, in the above-described conventional apparatus, in order to form a constant crease habit at a predetermined position of the strip-shaped film, the protruding height of the ridge C and the depth of the concave groove D, and Each habitual roller B,
The shapes of B'need to be the same, and
It is necessary to ensure that almost the same clamping pressure is applied to the strip film at each point where the strip film is bent and that the gap between the rollers B and B'is not less than the minimum dimension value. Therefore, it is required to maintain the machining dimensional accuracy of each member and the assembly dimensional accuracy of those members with high accuracy, which makes the adjustment at the time of assembly very complicated and reduces the manufacturing cost. Was difficult. If such adjustment is not successful, not only a certain crease habit is not formed, but also the belt-like film in the course of transfer may meander or be damaged.

Furthermore, since the habit forming rollers B and B'are integral with each other, it is impossible to adjust the position in the direction orthogonal to the traveling direction of the strip-shaped film (adjust the interval between the folding line habits). For this reason, when changing the interval of each folding line habit due to the reason that the intermediate position of the completed package is different, etc., there is a problem that it is necessary to replace with a habit forming roller manufactured to an appropriate size each time. is there.

Next, the operation of the present embodiment will be described. First, the front side roller 27 and the back side roller 45, which respectively constitute the first and second setting roller devices, are independently arranged along the rotary shaft 25 and the guide rail 37. In this state, the belt-shaped film 1 is moved along the axial direction to be positioned at a predetermined position of the band-shaped film 1 to which the gusset and the corners of the package 15 are bent, and is fixed at that position by a locking means (not shown).

Move up by 25. At this time, the head force 53b of the pressure adjusting pin 53 is biased forward by the restoring force of the spring 55, and the stopper member 51 is also biased forward accordingly, so that the tip end portion of the swing plate 41, that is, the back roller 45 rotates about pin 43 and tries to move upward. However, when it rises above a certain level, the tip of the stopper pin 52 comes into contact with the rear surface of the slide member 40 and prevents further rise. Therefore, there is a predetermined gap between the front roller 27 and the back roller 45, and the strip film 1 is inserted between them.
Further, the strip-shaped film 1 is set in an automatic packaging machine by a known process.

Further, in the present embodiment, each habit forming roller device is provided with the urging means 50 and the gap adjusting means, and is sandwiched between the front side roller 27 and the back side roller 45 for each habit forming roller device. The holding pressure of the strip-shaped film 1 to be adjusted can be adjusted, and the minimum gap size between the front roller 27 and the back roller 45 can also be adjusted individually. Even if there are variations, the variations in dimensional accuracy can be absorbed, and the clamping pressure and the gap size between the respective protrusive roller devices can be adjusted substantially uniformly and reliably and easily.

<< Advantages of the Invention >> As described above, according to the film folding line forming device in the automatic packaging machine according to the present invention, the partial configuration (first and second forming device) for forming the folding line forming pattern on the band-shaped film is integrated. Since the structure is not an independent structure but each structure is independent, it can be easily moved to the crease-fixed position required for various packaging forms, and a gusset is formed at the center in the height direction on both sides of the package. Moreover, the four corners of the package are formed neatly. In particular, the crease habit formed on the band-shaped film by the first gusset forming roller device serves as a guide for the insertion position of the folding claw in the gusset forming device.

Further, each habit forming roller device is provided with a biasing means and a gap adjusting means, and adjusts the holding pressure of the band-shaped film to be held between the front side roller and the back side roller for each individual folding line forming roller device. In addition, since the minimum gap size between the front side roller and the back side roller can be adjusted individually, even if the machining dimensional accuracy of the parts and the assembly dimensional accuracy vary during manufacturing, the dimensional accuracy of those parts can be adjusted. By absorbing the variation, the holding pressure and the gap size between the respective folding line forming roller devices can be adjusted substantially uniformly and reliably and easily. For this reason, the processing dimensional accuracy and the assembly dimensional accuracy of each component can be greatly relaxed, the manufacturing is facilitated, the cost can be reduced, and the crease crease can be surely added.
