CONSTITUTION:A tire positioning bar 10 is disposed movably back and forth in front of a tire 6 set on a pit cover 1 and a tire push-up bar 11 is disposed rotatably on the rear side of the tire 6. At the time of centering, the tire 6 is held by means of both bars 10, 11 and at the time of lifting, the tire 6 is pushed up by means of the tire push-up bar 11.
