Abstract

PURPOSE:To use a wire saw larger than necessary length as it is by arranging a cutter main body so as to make the same movable along the rail of a frame and arranging a proper number of bypass pulleys bypassing the circulation path of the wire saw to the frame. CONSTITUTION:A cutter 1 is constituted so that tension is applied to an endless wire saw 3 trained over an object to be cut and the object to be cut is cut by a cutter main body 10 while it is circulated and moved by the drive pulley 8 of a motor 7. In this case, the cutter main body 10 having the drive pulley 8 is arranged so as to be movable along the rail 11 laid on a frame 9 and drawn in the direction applying tension to the wire saw 3 by an tension applying device 13. A proper number of bypass pulleys 31-36 bypassing the circulation path of the wire saw 3 are arranged to the frame 9. By this constitution, a wire saw larger than necessary length can be used as it is and excessive work such as cutting or splicing work for controlling length is omitted.

As a wire saw, a flexible cord is provided with cutting blades having a large diameter at appropriate intervals, and hard teeth such as diamond particles are embedded on the surface of the cutting blade having a large diameter. In general, the wire saw is cut at the cutting edge portion by applying an appropriate tension to the wire saw and moving the wire saw in a fixed direction while pressing the wire saw.

The wire saw-type cutting device requires a proper tension on the wire saw.
A wire saw whose length is adjusted according to the size of the object to be cut is used. That is, the object to be cut is small and the wire saw
If the wire saw sags, the wire saw is cut to shorten it. Conversely, if the wire saw intended to be used for the object to be cut is too short, a spare wire saw of an appropriate length is added and used. However, this length adjustment is a troublesome and complicated work, and it is difficult to do this at a construction site or the like, which causes a reduction in work efficiency.

Further, since the wire saw is expensive, the scrap produced by the length adjustment is stored as a spare part and used as a supplement to another wire saw having a short length.
Since the wire saw wears down due to use and the diameter of the cutting edge becomes smaller, adding a spare scrap with less wear to this causes excessive force to be applied to this part, causing abnormal wear or cutting problems. May occur. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make it possible to easily adjust the length of the wire saw without performing cutting or adding.

As shown in FIG. 1, the wire saw machine 2 is a frame in which a cutting machine main body 10 having a drive pulley 8 which is rotationally driven by a motor 7 is provided on a frame 9. Le 11
It is supported so as to be movable back and forth along, and a tension applying device 13 for pulling the main body backward is attached to the main body. The tension applying device 13 has a winch 16 for winding which is housed and fixed in a weight case 15 attached to the other end of a wire 14 having one end attached to the main body 10, and the winch and the weight case are attached. A pulley column 25 is erected on the front end of the frame 9. The column 25 has a prismatic shape, and a pair of upper and lower mounting blocks 27, 27 are mounted so that the vertical position can be adjusted, and guide pulleys 28 (a, b) are mounted on the side surfaces of these moving blocks 27, respectively. When this mounting block 27 is rotated 90 degrees in the horizontal plane and mounted on the pulley column 25, the direction of the guide pulley 28 attached to this changes by 90 degrees, so that the frame direction does not need to be changed. Also, the wire saw can be fed in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the frame to cut the object to be cut in this direction. A fixed guide pulley 29 is provided at the front end of the rail 11.

The detouring pulleys 33, 34, 35 are mounted on the mounting frames 40, 40 in the front-rear direction parallel to the rails 11 provided on the frame 9 so that their positions can be adjusted. That is, the mounting frame 40 is formed with a groove 40a along its axis as shown in FIG.
Below the individual detouring pulleys, a mounting tool 41 to which the rotating shaft of the pulley is mounted and a screw shaft 42 projecting downward from the mounting tool are provided. In addition, the pin 4 projecting downward is attached to the mounting tool 41 of these detouring pulleys.
3 is provided, and the pin and the screw shaft 42 are fitted in the groove 40a. These three detouring pulleys are clamped on the mounting frame 40 by the mounting tool 41 and the nut 44 screwed to the screw shaft 42 with a washer sandwiched therebetween, thereby pressing the mounting frame 40 at an arbitrary position of the frame. Fixed.
When tightening or loosening the nut 44,
The pin of the mounting tool 41 is the groove 40 of the mounting frame 40.
Since the attachment 41 is prevented from rotating by coming into contact with the edge of a, it is sufficient to rotate only the nut with one spanner, and the work can be easily performed even in a narrow field.

Cutting machine body 10 fitted with a drive pulley
Is always pulled rearward by the tension applying device 13, so that a constant tension is always applied to the wire saw-3. As the cutting progresses, the cutting machine body retreats along the rail, and the weight case of the tension applying device descends. When the weight case descends to the lower end of its lifting stroke, wind it up with a winch. Further, when the cutting machine body has moved to the rear end, the cutting machine body may be returned to the front part of the rail to continue the work.

In this cutting device 1, detouring pulleys 31, 32, ... Are provided on a frame 9 supporting a cutting machine body 10, and by utilizing this pulley, a drive pulley 8 and a drive pulley 8 are provided. By bypassing the wire saw that circulates with the object to be cut, it is possible to use a wire saw longer than the length actually required for cutting. For this reason, a sufficiently long wire source
If this is done easily, there is no need to disconnect or reconnect the wire saw at the site, and the work can be performed efficiently. In addition, since an expensive diamond wire saw is not wasted, it is economical.

FIG. 6 shows a different embodiment. In this embodiment, the detouring pulleys 50, ...
Attached to the wire so as to circulate the wire saw-3 up and down. Also in this example, at least one detouring pulley is provided so that its position can be adjusted. Depending on the construction site, the space in the horizontal direction may be small and a relatively large space may be left in the vertical direction. In such a case, as in this embodiment, the wire source is not used. It is advantageous to provide detours above and below. In some cases, it is possible to take detours in both the vertical and horizontal directions,
Furthermore, an oblique detour can be provided.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, one or two or more detouring pulleys 60, ... Are pressed by an actuator 65 such as an air cylinder in a direction in which the wire saw 3 is tensioned. As is apparent from the above description, the cutting device according to the present invention is provided with the detouring pulley for detouring the wire saw in addition to the guide pulley which is originally necessary, so that the driving pulley is driven. -A wire saw that is longer than the required length can be used as it is by circulating the wire saw that cuts the workpiece by circulatingly moving between the cartridge and the workpiece. It has become possible to eliminate unnecessary work such as disconnection and addition for adjusting the length of the wire saw. For this reason, cutting work at the site where workability is poor becomes easy, and the wire saw
It is economically superior because there is no waste of money.
