Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to use a short wire saw, and contrive a relatively small work space by directly supporting a tension pulley and a drive pulley along a cutting line on the surface of an article to be cut. CONSTITUTION: A flexible wire saw, which scatters hard particles over the front surface, is wound around an article K to be cut while a proper tensile force is being given to the saw with a tension pulley and the wire saw is moved circulatingly with a drive pulley 9, thereby cutting the article K. In this cutting method, the drive pulley 9 and the tension pulley 25 are directly supported on the surface of the cut article K along the cutting line, thereby cutting the cut article K with the wire saw sent out from both pulleys 9 and 25. As a result, there is no need to convert the traveling direction of the wire saw in the secondary dimensions, thereby accepting a short length of the wire saw. In addition to that, there is no need to install a special space, since both pulleys are directly supported on the surface of the cut article K.

The object to be cut in the illustrated example is a concrete structure, and through holes H, ... For passing the wire saw 10 are opened prior to cutting. Then, the wire saw 10 fed from the drive pulley 9 of the wire saw machine 1 is joined at its both ends through these through holes to form a loop shape. When the wire saw machine 1 is driven in this state, the drive pulley 9
Thus, the wire saw 10 is circulated in a predetermined direction. Since the wire saw machine 1 is pulled backward by the weight 6, tension is constantly applied to the wire saw 10 and the wire saw machine 1 is pressed against the workpiece K. Therefore, cutting is performed by the moving wire saw. Reference numerals 20 and 20 in the figure denote guide pulleys that are attached to the object to be cut in advance.

In this method, a flexible cord-shaped wire saw 10 is used.
Wraps around the object to be cut along the cutting line and cuts while circulating it, so it is relatively easy to cut large structures and objects with complicated shapes, and it is also possible to cut underwater etc. It also produces less noise and vibration. For this reason, it has recently been widely adopted in urban civil engineering and the like.

The driving pulley and the tension pulley are supported along the cutting line on the surface of the object to be cut, and the wire saw fed from these pulleys cuts the object to be cut. The plane becomes a single plane including the cutting line. According to this construction method, there is no need to convert the traveling direction of the wire saw in two dimensions, and therefore the length of the wire saw can be short. Further, since the driving pulley and the tension pulley are directly supported on the surface of the object to be cut, it is not necessary to provide a special installation space.

When the drive pulley 9 is rotated in this state to start cutting, the wire saw 10 to which tension is applied by the tension pulley 25 is used for cutting. 6 and 7 show this state. As the cutting progresses, the tension pulley 25 moves along the guide column 46 in a direction away from the surface of the object to be cut (upward in the drawings). The drive pulley 9 and the intermediate pulley 71 are kept in their original positions.

In the tension pulley 25, the drum 55 is rotated by the weight of the weight 60, and the gear 52 attached to the rotating shaft thereof rotates while meshing with the tooth row of the guide column 46. To move to. Since the diameter of the drum 55 is sufficiently larger than the diameter of the gear 52, the weight of the weight 60 can be increased and transmitted to the gear 52 by levering, so that the tension pulley can be pulled up with a large force. It will be possible. Therefore, even if a relatively small weight is used, a sufficiently large tension can be obtained, which is convenient for handling. Further, in the conventional device, since the wire saw machine itself is pulled by the weight and the wire saw 10 is pulled by the drive pulley 9 to give tension, the drive pulley has a force larger than the force for pulling the wire saw. However, in this embodiment, since the wire saw after being fed from the drive pulley 9, that is, the wire saw on the slack side is pulled to apply tension, a small weight is required.

8 and 9 show a state in which the tension pulley 25 has reached the upper end of the guide column 46 as the cutting progresses. When this happens, the machine is temporarily stopped, the drum 55 is manually rotated in the opposite direction to lower the tension pulley 25, and the drive pulley 9 is raised by that amount. Do not let -10 loosen. In this state, the operation is restarted and the cutting is performed. This operation is repeated if necessary. 10 and 11 show a state in which the tension pulley 25 is lowered to restart the operation.

When the cutting progresses further and the uncut portion is reduced as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the wire saw is cut.
There is a possibility that the loops of 10 become flat and interference occurs between the wire saws or between the wire saws and the intermediate pulley 71. When this happens, the machine operation is stopped, the intermediate pulley 71 is also raised, as shown in the figure, and the auxiliary pulleys 80, 80 are newly attached to the object to be cut, and the wire saw
0 is also wound around these auxiliary pulleys 80, 80. As shown in the figure, the auxiliary pulley 80 has a simple structure in which a column 82 is provided on a base 81 fixed by anchor bolts and is rotatably attached to this column. Li9,

According to this wire saw cutting method,
Since the entire cutting device including the wire saw machine, the intermediate pulley, the tension pulley and the like is directly attached to the surface of the object to be cut, the work space is small. Also, wire source
Since the traveling direction of 10 is one-dimensional and the loop is contained in one plane, it is not necessary to convert the traveling direction of the wire saw into two dimensions, and the wire saw can be short.
There is an advantage that the number of guide pulleys for changing the direction is small.

As is apparent from the above description, the wire saw cutting method according to the present invention requires a smaller working space than the conventional method, and the cutting apparatus can be installed easily. In addition, the length of the expensive wire saw can be short, which is economical. Moreover, the overall compactness and ease of use made it particularly suitable for small-scale cutting work.

1. A flexible wire saw in which hard particles are dispersed on a surface portion is wrapped around an object to be cut, and an appropriate tension is given by a tension pulley while the drive pulley is used. In a cutting method in which a wire saw is circulated to cut an object to be cut, the drive pulley and the tension pulley are supported along a cutting line on the surface of the object to be cut, and the pulleys are supported. A method for cutting with a wire saw, which is characterized in that an object to be cut is cut with a wire saw fed out from.
