That is, conventionally, there is no dedicated tool for capturing and collecting, and it is captured with a net, rope, etc., and at the time of collection, the essential tools used for capturing are removed, replaced with a sling for collection, and collected. Therefore, it cannot be reliably captured unless the boat is close enough to the vehicle. Especially in stormy weather, the waves were high and could not be captured reliably, and there was a drawback that it was extremely dangerous because a person leaned out of the boat. It is an object of the present invention to provide a tool that can easily catch a vehicle about 3 m away from a ship and use it as a hoisting tool.

In the figure, a band 1a made of a composite material of reinforced plastic and polyamide fiber has a through hole 1b at one end thereof, and the other end of the band 1a penetrates the through hole 1b to form a capture ring 1. The through hole 1b is elongated in the width direction of the band 1a as shown in the figure, and is formed so narrow that the band 1a can slide and move. In addition, a band penetrating the through hole 1b
As shown in Fig. 2 (b), the band 1a is allowed to pass in one direction only in the penetrating direction, and ratchet teeth are provided so that retrograde is not allowed. When the side edge of the through hole 1b abuts its own tooth and the crest of the tooth on the band 1a side by spring action, it bends outward and passes through the tooth on the band 1a side, and immediately after that. Forms a ratchet 6 with the band 1a and the through hole 1b so that the ratchet 6 is locked in the valley between the teeth to prevent the band 1a from moving backward.

The trapping ring 1 formed as described above is for trapping a floating vehicle as will be described later, and as shown in FIG. 5A, it has a diameter D that is sufficiently larger than the diameter d of the vehicle. It is kept in size. In the vicinity of the through-hole 1b of the band 1a, the tip of a lightweight and high-strength operating rod 2 made of carbon fiber and reinforced plastic is easily inserted into and removed from the hole provided on the side of the band 1a so that the running body can be removed. When captured, it is easily removed by the one-touch attachment / detachment mechanism 8. At the rear end of the operation rod 2, for example, a latch release lever 5 is manually attached with a human finger, and a mainspring drive one-touch reel 4 that rotates in one direction by a mainspring when a so-called one-touch operation is easily attached and detached. The other end of the tow line is connected to the other end of the band 1a so as to catch the running body by momentarily pulling the capturing ring 1 hooked on the running body when the running body is captured. A plurality of grooves 7 are provided on the inner periphery of the band 1a to increase the frictional force so that the vehicle does not slip out of the catch ring 1 or the band 1a when the vehicle is captured. Has been.

The above is the overall structure of the capture and collection device.
For convenience of operating the operation rod 2 as if it were a fishing rod, the rod fulcrum band 11 shown in FIG. 2 is used by a hoisting worker as a waist band. That is, the operator of the operation puts the rod supporting point band 11 on the waist with the operating rod fixing portion 11a on the front side of the body, and puts the rear end of the operating rod 2 into the operating rod fixing portion 11a and uses it as a fulcrum so as not to slip. Is. However, it is not indispensable to use this rod fulcrum band 11 when collecting the vehicle, and its use is left to the judgment of the collecting parties. Next, with reference to FIG. 3, description will be given of the actual operation of capturing and collecting the vehicle by using the capturing and collecting tool of the above embodiment.

In order to collect the ship, first, the ship is used to go to the surface of the sea where the ship 14 is floating, the work boat 15 is lowered to the sea surface, and the worker 16 captures and collects the implement of the embodiment. Bring in. Then, as shown in FIG. 2B, the rear end of the operating rod 2 is housed in the rod fulcrum band 11, one hand holds the vicinity of the mainspring drive one-touch reel 4, and the other one hand prevents the body from being thrown out to the sea surface by the waves 13. Hold the boat on the side of the boat 15 to support the body, and operate the operating rod 2 to hook the capture ring 1 on the running body 14. Then, the latch release lever 5 of the mainspring drive one-touch reel 4 is operated, and the mainspring drive one-touch reel 4 is actuated at once by the rotating force of the mainspring that has been wound in advance, and the tow line 3 is pulled to pull the band.
1a is pulled, the capture ring 1 is contracted, and the vehicle 14 is captured. Then, as shown in FIG. 3C, the running body 14 is drawn to the boat 15, the one-touch mechanism 8 is operated to remove the operating rod 2 from the catch ring 1, and the mother boat hook 12 that has been lowered in advance.
The band 1a is hooked on and the running body 14 is collected. Since the band 1a is provided with the ratchet 6 as described above, the band 1a acts only in the direction in which the running body 14 is bound. Therefore, for example, even when the operating rod 2 is removed, the band 1a is loosened and the running body 14a is loosened.
There is nothing like a departure from 14. In this way
Since 14 is collected by the mother boat by the one-handed operation of the worker 16, the worker 16 can always support the body of the boat 15 with the other one hand, and the collection work can be safely completed. it can.

In the experiment, the length L (Fig. 1 (a)) of the operating rod 2 was 3 m, but it is not limited to this length. Further, it is not necessary to use the boat 15 at all times, and it is also possible to make the length L of the operating rod 2 sufficiently long so as to be captured directly from the mother boat. Release of Ratchet 6
For example, the end of the band 1a is set to be separable, and the band 1a is normally united and fixed by a hook, a screw or the like, and is used when the band 1a is taken from the running body 14 to release the ratchet 6. Alternatively, the teeth on the side of the through hole 1b may be of a retractable type or a retractable type and may be released by a corresponding operation, or may be cut when the band 1a is disposable and detached from the running body 14. You may.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the vehicle can be captured and collected safely and reliably by one-handed operation, and the vehicle once captured by the ratchet is sufficiently bound and there is no fear of falling off. Also, when the band of the capture ring is hooked to the vehicle, the thickness direction always faces the relative movement with water, so the fluid resistance is the smallest and the operation rod is easy to operate. There are also advantages.
