According to the present invention, the iron plate and the wire net for cooking are set on the table portion of the stand, and two stoves are arranged so as to face to the lower side of each, whereby roasting and cooking are performed in parallel. In addition, it is possible to prevent the oil droplets from falling directly to the stove by providing an oil droplet tray, and to suppress the generation of fire and smoke. Also, by providing a far infrared radiation material, smoke and odor can be reduced. It accelerates the decomposition of the ingredients, and a higher cooking temperature can be obtained to speed up cooking. Also, you can remove the iron plate and replace it with Koffel etc. for other cooking, and further fold the legs of the stand so that It is easy to handle when carrying.

The table portion 11 has a long side 12a and a short side 12 in a peripheral frame 12 which is formed by bending a steel wire into a rectangle.
The grate 13 and 14 are arranged in parallel with each other. The grates 13 and 14 are made of a steel wire rod which is slightly thinner than the steel wire rod of the peripheral frame 12. The grate 13 is the surrounding frame 12
From the short side 12b side of one side to the substantially central portion of the long sides 12a, 12a, a large number of wires are welded by passing them between the long sides 12a, 12a at substantially equal intervals, and from the short side 12b side of the other side. A plurality of pieces (two pieces in the embodiment) are welded across the long sides 12a, 12a at substantially equal intervals even toward the central portion side of the long sides 12a, 12a, and the middle of the remaining long sides 12a, 12a. The area is a region in which the grate 13 does not exist over a width corresponding to the width of the wire mesh 3.

The oil drop tray 4 has a substantially square shape in plan view,
The far-infrared radiation material is formed in a dish shape in which a side peripheral wall 42 having a required height is provided on the periphery of a bottom plate 41 having a large number of arc-shaped slits 41a formed along a concentric circle, and has a mesh shape inside. A piece 4 in which 43 is laid and the side wall 42 is cut and raised.
It is pressed and fixed to the bottom plate 41 by 2a, and hanging metal fittings 44 are swingably attached to the opposite sides of the side peripheral wall 42. Each of the suspension fittings 44 is formed by bending a steel wire rod in a U shape as a whole and bending it so as to form an S shape in a side view, and each tip end is loosely fitted into a hole formed in the side peripheral wall 42, and then outwardly. As shown in FIG. 2, the oil drop receiving tray 4 is hung under the wire netting 3 by engaging the ends of the oil grate with the grates 13, 13. Each slit 41 on the bottom plate 41
a is stepped upward and downward between its inner edge and outer edge, and a flame from below is caused to go along the inner surface of the bottom plate 41 through the slit 41a, and the action of far infrared rays from the far infrared radiation material 43 Together with this, oil drops and the like that have fallen here can be decomposed at high temperatures.

In such a cooking utensil, the stand 1 is made to stand on its own as shown in FIG. 7 by rotating the legs 15 and 15 to the left and right, and the iron plate 2, the wire net 3 and the oil drop tray 4 are set on the stand 1. By arranging one or two gas stoves under the stand and igniting the fire, it is possible to simultaneously perform roasting, cooking for cooking, and the like. Of course, by removing the iron plate 2 and placing a coffer, rice cooker or the like directly on the grate 13, it becomes possible to boil hot water and cook rice.

Further, by providing the oil drop receiving tray 4, it is possible to prevent the oil drops falling from the fish, meat, etc. during roasting and cooking from falling directly to the fire and burning, and at the same time, the far infrared radiation material 43 drops. The oil droplets are quickly decomposed at high temperature, and the cooking speed of meat, fish, etc. is also increased. In addition, when putting it away, if the iron plate 2, the wire net 3, the oil drop tray 4 are removed and the legs 15 of the stand 1 are folded, the whole becomes flat, and the iron plate 2 and the wire net 3 are also thinly constructed, so that the stand 1 etc. It does not take up a lot of space even when stacked, making it easy to carry.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the stand, the iron plate for cooking, the wire netting and the oil drip tray are configured independently of each other, the legs are extended to stand up the iron plate at a predetermined position. , By arranging the wire net and the oil drop tray, the roasting and cooking can be performed in parallel immediately, and the oil drop tray receives the oil drops falling from the object to be cooked on the wire net, and directly onto the stove. It can prevent falling and suppress smoke generation, and since the far-infrared radiation material is provided, the dropped oil droplets can be quickly decomposed at high temperature and the cooking speed can be increased. Furthermore, since the whole stand can be made flat by folding the legs when putting it away, it is possible to stack it with a cooking iron plate, wire mesh, and oil drop tray to make it small and compact, which makes it easy to carry. The present invention has excellent effects.
