(Prior Art) Generally, in a laundry factory, as shown in the block diagram of FIG. 5, the incoming sheets, towels, wrapping cloths (hereinafter referred to as linen) are washed with a continuous washing machine, and then dehydrated. Put in the dryer. The linen that had undergone the drying process was unraveled and unfolded, the sheets and wrapping cloth were ironed, and the towels were folded before shipping. At this time, between the drying process and the ironing process, or the folding process, the linen taken out from the dryer is conveyed to a certain place by a belt conveyor,
A worker took out the linen one by one from the piled linen blocks and developed it, and sent the sheets and wrappings to the ironing device and the towels to the folding device. Further, since the work of unfolding the linen after the drying process is a work in a high temperature atmosphere, it is a heavy labor for the worker in a bad environment. In addition, these development operations are the parts that are difficult to obtain in FIG. 5, and labor saving and automation have been desired.

(Means for Solving the Problem) For this reason, the present invention comprises a linen discharging device for dropping linen and a drum provided below the discharging device and having a suction nozzle. The drum equipped with the suction nozzle is rotated. First, the dropping linen is adsorbed by the same nozzle and separated and conveyed to the next step. Further, a comb rod is attached to the drum so as to be able to move forward and backward, and the falling linen is separated and conveyed. A stage separation device is provided at the front stage, and this is used as means for solving the problem.

(Embodiment) The present invention will be described below with reference to the embodiments of the drawings. Figs. 1 to 4 show a linen separation device showing an embodiment of the present invention. First, in the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of comb rods 2 are provided on a rotating drum 1 so as to be able to advance and retreat in a radial direction via bearings. The comb rod 2 is attached to the groove cam 5 via a cam follower 6 so as to be able to move in and out freely. On the other hand, a suction drum 20 having a rotary suction nozzle 21 that rotates in synchronization with the drum 1 is rotating via a hollow shaft 20a, and a blower 23 is ducted through a hollow shaft 20a of this drum and a rotary joint (not shown). Connect with hose 24, suction drum
Air is sucked from the suction nozzle 21 by applying a negative pressure inside 20. Further, above the drum 1, a belt conveyor 10 that carries linen 3 (towels, etc.) sent from a previous process (not shown).
Is provided, and the linen 3 is randomly dropped on the comb rod 2. On the other hand, the linen 3 which cannot be hooked by the comb bar 2 is transferred in the direction of the arrow 13 by the receiving belt conveyor 11 and a circulation transfer device (not shown), and is supplied onto the belt conveyor 10.

The linen 3 (towels, etc.) dropped from the belt conveyor 10 is hooked at the center of the linen 3 by a comb rod 2 which rotates during the fall, and becomes linen 4 which is individually separated. Is sucked. At this time, the comb rod 2 is pulled into the drum 1 via the cam follower 6 by the groove cam 5. The sucked linen 4 can be supplied to the conveyor (not shown) in a separated state by eliminating the negative pressure of the suction nozzle 21 with the non-rotating shield plate 22 mounted in the suction drum 1. In addition,
The shield plate 22 is integrated with the fixed shaft 22a.

FIG. 4 is a side sectional view showing a second embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 4, a plurality of suction nozzles 31 are mounted on a rotating suction drum 30, and a blower 33 is connected to this drum by a duct hose 34, and the inside of the suction drum 30 has a negative pressure. Sucking air. On the other hand, above the suction drum 30, there is provided a belt conveyor 10 for carrying the linen 3 (towels etc.) sent from a previous step (not shown), and the linen 3 is randomly dropped onto the suction nozzle 31.

(Effect of the Invention) Since the present invention is configured as described in detail above,
The linen can be separated by the rotating comb rod and suction nozzle, which can reduce the loosening work of the operator. Especially for small pieces of linen, such as towels, the linen separation work can be unmanned, and the automatic unfolding and folding work as the subsequent steps can be facilitated.
