【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request] 【請求項1】 平面板の両面側周縁部に沿って帯状板を
矩形状に面合した状態に配置してボックス柱のダイヤフ
ラムを形成する治具であって、 前記帯状板の一対を隅部同士が直交した状態に配置させ
るガイドを載置面に立設し、該載置面が機枠に固定され
た基準面部と;前記基準面部の載置面と同一レベルに配
置された載置面が前記基準面部の一方側のガイドに向け
摺動自在に機枠に係止されると共に、該載置面に前記一
方側のガイドと平行にガイドが立設された調整面部と;
前記調整面部を任意位置まで摺動させる進退手段と;前
記基準面部と調整面部との間に設けられた開口部と;前
記基準面部の一方側の載置面と調整面部の載置面部とに
積層された帯状板を着脱自在に固定する固定手段と;前
記機枠を上下方向に回転させる反転手段と;を備えたこ
とを特徴とするボックス柱のダイヤフラム形成用治具。
1.
