【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はパネルの枠組み治具に関するものであ
る。従来にあつては、パネル枠組みを行う場合
は、第1図〜第3図に示すように、横枠材5に縦
枠材6を所定間隔に取付けるに際し取付が正確に
また容易にできるように枠材などの棒材を所定寸
法に切断して枠組みゲージ7として用いていた。
このような場合は枠組み終了後に枠組みゲージ7
を取除く時、その先端の両面が縦枠材6によつて
挾まれた状態であるので、摩擦によつて取除きが
容易でなく作業能率が悪かつた。本考案は上記欠
点を解消するもので、枠組み作業後、枠組み治具
の取除きが極めて容易にできるパネルの枠組み治

式でも回転式でもよい。また他の実施例として上
記治具本体1は第6図に示すように枠材の側面に
当接するために先端に車輪2を有し上面に締付ね
じ3を設けた外側治具本体1aおよび先端に車輪
2を有し上面に目盛4を設けた内側治具本体1b

2が回転式の場合は治具本体1を斜め方向に引上
げても容易に縦枠材6から取除くことができる。
次に第2番目の考案のパネルの枠組み治具の場合
は、外側治具本体1aの車輪2を2本の縦枠材6
の一方の縦枠材6の内側面に接し、縦枠材6の内
側間隔になるように内側治具本体1bを移動して
車輪2を他の縦枠材6内側面に接する。次いで外
側治具本体1aを締付ねじ3を締めることによつ
て内側治具本体1bと固定し、上記2本の縦枠材
6を横枠材5に取付ける。取付け後外側治具本体
1aまたは内側治具本体1bを引上げると事輪2
の回転によつて容易に取除くことができる。この
場合締付ねじ3をゆるめると一層取除きが容易と
なる。また縦枠材6の位置決定に当り、その内側
の設定寸法が判明しておれば外側治具本体1aと
内側治具本体1bの両端車輪2の外側距離を設定
寸法に合せて、その時の目盛4を読み外側治具本
体1aの位置を定めておけば縦枠材6の取付けに
際して、予め外側治具本体1aの位置を内側治具
本体1bの目盛4を読みながら定めて、上記締付
ねじ3を締付けて車輪2の両端距離を設定寸法に

み立てられ、正確な寸法でパネルが形成でき、さ
らに枠組み治具の取り外しが容易であるから、作
