【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 表裏面に縞状の凹凸部を交互に有する木
製波板を、凹凸部が互いに嵌合しないように複数枚積層
接着して、多数の筒状中空部を有するハニカムフリッチ
を形成し、該ハニカムフリッチをその筒状中空部の筒方
向と交差する方向にスライスして、同筒状中空部におい
て表裏に連通したハニカム板構造としてなるハニカムパ
ネル。
1. A honeycomb flitch having a large number of tubular hollow portions is formed by laminating a plurality of wooden corrugated sheets having alternating striped concavo-convex portions on the front and back surfaces so that the concavo-convex portions do not fit together. A honeycomb panel having a honeycomb plate structure in which the honeycomb flitch is sliced in a direction intersecting the tubular direction of the tubular hollow portion and communicated with the front and back sides of the tubular hollow portion.

して傾斜させたことを特徴とする請求項1)記載のハニ
カムパネル。

【請求項3】 表裏面に縞状の凹凸部を交互に有する木
製波板を、凹凸部が互いに嵌合しないように複数枚積層
接着して、多数の筒状中空部を有するハニカムフリッチ
を形成し、該ハニカムフリッチをその筒状中空部の筒方
向と交差する方向にスライスして、同筒状中空部におい
て表裏に連通したハニカムパネルを得るハニカムパネル
製造法。
