製波板を、凹凸部が互いに嵌合しないように複数枚積層
接着して、多数の筒状中空部を有するハニカムフリッチ
を形成し、該ハニカムフリッチをその筒状中空部の筒方
向と交差する方向にスライスして、同筒状中空部におい
て表裏に連通したハニカム板構造としてなるハニカムパ
ネルであって、前記スライス方向を筒状中空部の筒方向
に対して傾斜させたことを特徴とするハニカムパネル
