おいて、積層型の上面の外周縁部にピンを所定の間隔で
配設するとともに、複合材プリプレグを基材とし前記ピ
ンの配列を覆う幅の台板を前記ピンの先端が刺し通すよ
うに載置し硬化し、積層型に外側表皮の複合材プリプレ
グと、ハニカムコアと、更に内側表皮の複合材プリプレ
グを載せ前記両表皮の複合材プリプレグでハニカムコア
を覆うように重ね合せ、前記両表皮のプリプレグが重合
する余肉部に前記ピンを突き通すとともに、突出したピ
ンの先端が帯状の弾性材押えに差し込むようにして押え
で押圧しハニカムコアと表皮のプリプレグを固定保持す
ることを特徴とするハニカムサンドイッチ構造物の製造
方法。
