CONSTITUTION:A main unit 1 of this UV irradiation device is composed of the irradiation chamber 2 and the driving mechanism housing chambers 3a, 3b. An irradiating device 6 is arranged on a conveyor 5 and the work 11 is transported by this conveyor 5. The housing chambers 3a, 3b are provided with the driving mechanism 7 of the conveyor 5.
