は,筒本体先端部にこの研磨体9を揺動自在に取り付
け,微振動ロッド7先端をこの支点11とは異なる箇所に
取り付けてある。同図のように支点11を揺動中心として
研磨体9は振幅運動する。研磨体9の先端が曲率を有す
るため,第2図をみる限りでは塵のみを理論的には除去
できることなるが,実際には研磨体9の微振動によりそ
の近傍の塗膜も擦られやすい。本発明の研磨体9の支点
11付近は殆ど変位(振動)しないので,塗膜にこの研磨
体9を押接した時に塗膜から受けるブレ反力は極めて小

板金塗装作業後に自動車塗装面を斜め後方から観察して
この塵を発見する。職人は簡単にこの塵を発見できる
が,素人では気が付きにくい。この塵とは空気中に浮遊
している極めて細かい糸クズのようなもので,私達が認
識する通常の塵よりも非常に小さい。この塵を除去する
のが本発明であり,研磨体9の微振動が塗膜に僅かに触
れて伝達されることで,塗膜に付着した塵のみを除去す
る。研磨体9の先端を塗膜に当接した時に,塗膜から受
ける反力により研磨体9自身がズレては必要以上に塗膜
