DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial field of application) The present invention relates to a filter cloth most suitable for a high-pressure belt press type dehydrator for sludge treatment. (Prior Art) Conventionally, as a filter cloth for a high-pressure belt press type dewatering machine (hereinafter referred to as a belt press), various wefts such as twill weaves and satin weaves in which wefts of synthetic resin monofilaments are similarly driven as warps of synthetic resin monofilaments Many woven fabrics are used. (Problems to be solved by the invention) In a belt press, high tension is applied to two filter cloths to be used, and sludge is sandwiched between the two filter cloths to squeeze out water. The current condition is that the filter cloth wears quickly and is removed early because the usage tension and the use of water often cause rolls to easily rust. As a measure for delaying the progress of the wear and prolonging the life of the filter cloth, measures such as thickening the thread and changing the woven structure have been conventionally taken, but none of them are effective and some of them are not effective. Only the life prolonging effect was obtained. or,
In order to hang a filter cloth with a belt press, it is necessary to have joints at both ends in the flow direction of the filter cloth. Weaving as a filter cloth by striking a weft thread against a conventional warp thread, by implanting metal hooks at both ends in the flow direction,
In most cases, the joint core wire was inserted into a common hole made by abutting both ends of it and used as an endless shape, but since the material of the main body part and the joint part are different, there is However, even if the thread is thickened or the weaving structure is changed to prolong the life, the joint must be replaced at an early stage. The spiral belt according to the present invention is to provide a filter cloth for a belt press, which is resistant to wear, which is a cause of a short service life, and has a long service life without damaging a joint portion. (Means for Solving the Problems) As a filter cloth used in a belt press, a flat belt having a spiral core made of synthetic resin monofilaments meshed with each other, and a core wire for joining is inserted into a common hole formed by the meshing. Use the one Further, as a measure for considering the dehydration property of the filter cloth, the air permeability (cc /
min / cm 2 ), this spiral belt is made by inserting various threads into the central cavity of the spiral simple substance and making the spiral simple substance mesh in parallel as described above. , 1,000c
c / min / cm 2 to 30,000 cc / min / cm
The air permeability can be set in a wide range of 2 . (Example) FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a twill weave that is a typical conventional filter cloth. FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the spiral belt according to the present invention. The roll surface of the filter cloth of the belt press, which is the most worn, makes point contact with the roll in the conventional twill weave, but the spiral belt according to the present invention makes surface contact with the roll surface and wear resistance. Is greatly improved. As a result of an original abrasion test by our company, under the conditions of a test width of 4 cm, a tension of 3 kgf and a pressure of 4.5 kgf, the friction with the emery paper A-100 is about 70% higher than that of the conventional twill weave. It showed wear resistance. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the spiral belt according to the present invention is a combination of spiral single bodies continuously, and therefore there is no special joint part, so that the difference between the joint part and the main body part is not sharp. There is no need to replace the filter cloth early due to damage to the joint. (Effect of the device) As a result of using the filter cloth according to the present invention, the result of using the filter cloth in the actual machine shows that the twill weave filter cloth, which has been used most often in the past, had a life of about one month. When used, a life of more than 4 months was obtained, showing a marked difference.
