Description

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial field of application) The present invention relates to a filter cloth most suitable for a high-pressure belt press type dehydrator for sludge treatment. (Prior Art) Conventionally, as a filter cloth for a high-pressure belt press type dewatering machine (hereinafter referred to as a belt press), various warp threads of synthetic resin monofilament, as well as warp threads of synthetic resin monofilament, twill weave, satin weave, etc. Many woven fabrics are used. (Problems to be solved by the invention) In a belt press, high tension is applied to two filter cloths to be used, and sludge is sandwiched between the two filter cloths to squeeze out water. The current condition is that the filter cloth is worn quickly because the tension used and the rolls that use a lot of water are prone to rust. As a measure for delaying the progress of the abrasion and prolonging the life of the filter cloth, measures such as thickening the thread and changing the woven structure have been conventionally taken, but they are not effective and some of them are not effective. Only a life-prolonging effect was obtained. Further, in order to put the filter cloth in the belt press, it is necessary to have joints at both ends in the flow direction of the filter cloth. Weaving a warp against a conventional warp and weaving it as a filter cloth is an endless shape by inserting metal hooks at both ends in the flow direction and inserting the joining core wire into the common hole made by abutting both ends. Most of them were used, but because the material of the main body and the joint is different, tears at the boundary between the joint and the main body may appear, and the thread may be thickened or the weave design may change. Even if the life is extended, the joint must be replaced at an early stage due to damage to the joint. The spiral belt according to the present invention is to provide a filter cloth for a belt press, which is resistant to wear, which is a cause of a short service life, and has a long service life without damaging a joint portion. (Means for Solving the Problems) As a filter cloth used in a belt press, a plurality of spiral single filaments made of a synthetic resin monofilament are meshed with each other, and a joining core wire is inserted into a common hole formed by the meshing to form a flat belt. Use the one The air permeability (cc / min / cm 2 ) of the filter cloth is used as a measure for the dehydration property of the filter cloth. This spiral belt is a spiral simple substance, and various threads are inserted into the central hollow portion of the spiral belt. alone as the above, Yotsute to the spiral belt engaged in parallel number, 1,000cc / min / cm 2 ~30 , to set the air permeability in a wide range of 000cc / min / cm 2 it can. (Example) FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a twill weave, which is a typical conventional filter cloth. FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the spiral belt according to the present invention. The roll surface of the filter cloth of the belt press, which is the most worn, has a point contact with the roll in the conventional twill weave. Is greatly improved. As a result of an original abrasion test by our company, a test width of 4 cm, a tension of 3 kgf, a pressure of 4. Under a condition of 5 kgf, the abrasion resistance of the emery paper A-100 was about 70% higher than that of the conventional twill weave. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the spiral belt according to the present invention is a combination of spiral single bodies continuously, so that there is no special joint part, and therefore the difference between the joint part and the main body part is not sharp. There is no need to replace the filter cloth early due to damage to the joint. (Effect of the device) As a result of using the filter cloth according to the present invention, the result of using the filter cloth in the actual machine is that the twill weave filter cloth that has been most frequently used in the past has a life of about one month. When used, a life of more than 4 months was obtained, showing a marked difference.
