【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、主として空調ダクトの
清掃効果の評価方法に関する。

【従来の技術】近年、高度成長期に建てられたビルのリ
フオメーションが盛んに行われ、その一環として空調ダ
クトの清掃がクローズアップされるに至り、清掃効果を
如何にして評価するかが問題となっているが、この清掃
効果を客観的に測定する方法は未だ提案されていないの
が現状である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】この清掃効果の評価は
現場で直ちに行えることが望ましく、そのためには次の
5つの条件を満たす必要がある。
1.充分に検証された判定方法であること。
2.清掃効果の良否が即座に判別できること。
3.測定方法が簡便であること。
4.測定結果に個人差がでないこと。
5.周囲環境(特に気象条件)等に影響されないこと。
本発明はかかる条件を満たした清掃効果の評価方法を提
供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明はかゝる目的を達
成するため、清掃終了面に透明又は半透明の粘着テープ
を貼着けた後剥ぎ取って、清掃終了面に残存する粉塵等
を該粘着テープに付着させ、該粉塵等を付着させた粘着
テープと無塵粘着テープとを通った光源ランプからの光
量をそれぞれ測定し、各値を計算式T=A/B×100
%に代入して、その値Tが85%以上で清掃の完了と評
価することを特徴とする清掃効果の評価方法。

【作用】上記構成を備える清掃効果の評価方法によれ
ば、先ず、エアーの噴射等により清掃された空調ダクト
の内面に粘着テープを貼着し清掃後残存する粉塵を該粘
着テープに付着させる。次いで粘着テープを剥がし、ラ
ンプの光を当て該粘着テープを通った光量を照度計の計
測値Lxを読む。この計測値Lxと、予め測定しておい
た無塵粘着テープの計測値Loとを比較し、計測値Lx
が計測値Loの85%以上であれば、清掃を完了したも
のみなす。

【実施例】本発明の方法を、図に示す装置に付いて説明
する。図1並びに図2において、1はケーシングを示
し、該ケーシング1内には、その上部にハロゲンランプ
2が設けられ、その中間部に透窓3aを有する板状アル
ミニウム製のテープホルダ3が設けられ、その下部に市
販の照度計4が設けられている。
【0008】該テープホルダ3は図示しない空調ダクト
の粉塵等が付着した透明又は半透明の試料テープたる粘
着テープ5を透窓面に貼着され、該ケーシング1の中間
部に形成された挿入口1aを介して抜差自在とされる。
【0009】該照度計4はそのセンサー部4aが該ケー
シング1の下部に形成された開口1bから挿入される。
該ハロゲンランプ2と透窓3aと照度計4のセンサー部
4aは上下方向に対向配置される。
【0010】図中、6はハロゲンランプ2の電源コー
ド、4bは照度計4の計測窓を示す。次ぎにこれを用い
た清掃効果の評価方法の手順を説明する。
【0011】最初に、粘着テープ5により空調ダクト清
掃後の残存粉塵を採取するが、その方法は、粘着テー
プ、粘着シート試験方法(JISZO237)に準じて行うもの
で、先ず粘着テープ5(住友スリーエム社製のメンディ
ングテープNo.810)約15cmを清掃後の空気ダクト
内面に貼り、次いで2kgの圧着ローラーを往復5回、粘
着テープ5上を走行させて該粘着テープ5に、空調ダク
ト内に残存する粉塵を付着させ、その後粘着テープ5を
180°引剥し法により剥がす。
【0012】次に、テープホルダ3をケーシング1から
抜取り、その透窓面に上記粉塵を採取した粘着テープ5
を貼着した後、そのテープホルダ3をケーシング1内に
再び差し込む。
【0013】最後にハロゲンランプ2を点灯させ、この
光が粉塵を採取した粘着テープ5を透過する光量を調
べ、予め同様の方法で調べておいた未使用の無塵粘着テ
ープ5を透過する光量とをT=A/B×100%=C/
D×100%に代入して清掃効果指数を求める。

式で計算したところ、図3に示すごとく、上式で求めた
値がほぼ85%のところで殆ど変化がなくなった。この
ことは、上式で求めた値が85%位で、清掃終了面に残
存する粉塵が殆どなくなり、この結果粘着テープ5に付
着する粉塵も殆どなくなり上式で求めた値も殆ど変化が
なくなったと判断出来るによる。

【発明の効果】本発明方法を用いるときは、粘着テープ
を用いて試料を所定の作業のもとに、清掃面に押付けた
後剥すと言うきわめて簡単な作業で試料を作ることがで
き、これにランプの光を当て該粘着テープを通った光透
過度と予め測定しておいた無塵粘着テープを通った光透
過度とを、数式に代入して計算することで数値に基づく
客観的な清掃効果の評価を下すことができる、そして、
本発明方法によれば、この評価を現場で簡単に行うこと
