に排水管9を挿入したときに該凹部16に対向する排水
管9の外周面に凸部17を設け、上記排水管9の直径c
と凸部17の寸法dとの和は、上記溝13の間隔eより
少し大きく形成し、上記溝13の深さfは排水管9の直
径cを2等分した長さよりもやや深めに形成し、上記凹
部16の寸法gは凸部16の寸法hより少し大きく形成
