部材19とともに水平方向に回動させてカウンタウエイ
ト16の下面部に収納し、係止部材23にて保持するよ
う構成している。請求項2及び請求項4の昇降装置は、
図5に示すようにカウンタウエイト24の下面部に係止
部材25を垂直軸18を介して水平方向に回動自在に取
