ことのできる非鉄ストリップ用竪型連続熱処理炉を提供
することを目的とする。

通し、竪型処理帯5を、処理目的に応じて下記するよう
に、均熱,徐冷あるいは急冷帯として機能するようにな
っている。前記冷却水槽10は前記竪型処理帯5の下方
に設置され、竪型処理帯5の下面に設けた連通部9は冷
却水槽10の水中に浸漬し、かつ、連通部9内にはロー
ラレベラーユニット11が上下方向に昇降可能に配設さ
れ、かつ、ローラレベラーユニット11の各ローラ12
は水平方向に進退可能となっている。その他、13はガ
スシール、14はスクイズロールで、15はドライヤで

け、このローラレベラーを昇降可能としたため、ローラ
レベラーの位置を調節することにより、ストリップを最
適な温度で平坦化でき、良好な形状を確保することがで
きる。
