Conventionally, as a soundproofing / vibrating material used for a floor of a house or the like, a cork plate formed by cork particles having a desired thickness is used, or a cork plate or a rubber plate which is preformed on a core plate such as plywood is laminated. It is generally known to use integrated composite materials, etc., and in particular, they are given an important role for multi-story houses with two or more stories.

Generally, in sound insulation, it is said that the sound transmission loss is proportional to the weight per area of the plate. Therefore, if the weight of materials such as walls, floors, and ceilings is increased, the sound insulation performance is improved, but this increases the weight of the house, which is contrary to the current trend of weight reduction in pursuit of economic efficiency.

Against such a situation, the former cork board is quite sound-insulating, but it alone lacks mass and transmits sound, vibration, etc. to the downstairs, and the overall strength is poor, so it contracts.
It has drawbacks such as bending and warping.

In addition, the latter composite material can have some degree of soundproofing effect if its thickness is increased, but it is disadvantageous in terms of weight, and has a fatal drawback that it has a large number of molding steps and poor workability, which inevitably increases the cost. ing.

In the present invention, both of the above two materials are pulverized to a desired moderate particle size and are coagulated in layers to obtain a sound proof / vibration damping material A. Due to this structure, good sound insulation of the cork grain 1 Compression recovery, decorativeness, and lightweight, rubber particles 2
It is a flooring material that has strong elasticity, stretchability and adhesiveness, and has strong soundproofing and vibration-proofing.

In addition, by crushing and re-condensing the rubber material, it is possible to greatly reduce the density of the rubber material due to the high density of the rubber material while maintaining the characteristic that it can be retained. Shows the same sound insulation and vibration insulation effects as the empty cell characteristics of cork.

According to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, an adhesive 3 is adhered to a cork grain 1 and a rubber grain 2 which have been appropriately crushed in advance, and they are mixed to each other so that they are fluidized and separated in the container. Add vibration such as rocking and rolling, or blow into the container.
It can be obtained by dispersing a specified amount of powder using a stirrer or the like to separate it into a cork grain layer 1a having a light specific gravity and a rubber grain layer 2a having a heavy specific gravity, and then integrally molding them into layers.

When adopting this anti-vibration separation molding, cork grain 1: diameter 0.5 to 3 mm, rubber grain 2: diameter 3 to 6 mm, weight ratio 1:10, stroke 10 mm, 120 times per minute in a given container When the above vibration is applied for about 1 minute and this is heated and pressed, a soundproof and vibration-proof material having a total density of about 0.8 g / cm 3 formed in layers can be obtained.

Further, in the case of adopting the dust-separation molding, the cork particles 1 and the rubber particles 2 are mixed and stirred in the same particle size and ratio as described above, and continuously stirred by a wind force of about 5 m / min on the moving steel belt. It is sprinkled on the surface and heat-pressed to form a clear layer. Total density about 0.8g
It is possible to obtain a sheet-like soundproofing / vibrating material having a thickness of about / cm 3 .

At this time, if several kinds of cork particles 1 or rubber particles 2 having different particle sizes or specific gravities are prepared and separated and formed as described above, the soundproofing and vibration isolation of a multi-layer structure of two or more layers due to a clear difference in bulk or specific gravity. Material A can be obtained,
These multi-layered sheet materials block noise in the frequency bands that they are good at by varying the density or characteristics of the layers,
It has an excellent effect of blocking most of the noise.

The rubber particles 2 used here are selected from rubber materials that meet the required characteristics and specific gravities, but as long as there is no special usage regulations, the material does not matter as long as it has rubber elasticity. Miscellaneous rubber such as molding burr is sufficient, and an inexpensive material can be provided.
