In sound insulation, it is generally said that sound transmission loss is proportional to the weight per area of the board. For this reason, sound insulation performance can be improved by increasing the weight of materials for walls, floors, ceilings, etc., but this increases the weight of the house and goes against the current trend of reducing weight in pursuit of economy. In addition, attempts have been made to achieve the goal of soundproofing walls by using heavy soundproofing sheets, etc., but the reality is that the problem of soundproofing floors has not been solved. In other words, a material with high rigidity and weight is not good because it is not suitable for objects that are placed directly on the floor (such as walking in shoes, etc.).
This is because the impact sound caused by objects (such as objects being dropped) has a large effect.

Therefore, even if you make the concrete floor thicker, it will only increase the weight, and the sound will travel through the concrete and reverberate downstairs.
It had the disadvantage that whenever someone walked on it or dropped something on it, the person underneath felt uncomfortable. Furthermore, even if a soft sound insulating sheet was placed, it was not thick enough to cause impact sound to directly propagate downward.

The present invention eliminates these drawbacks and provides a soundproof flooring material that is lightweight and inexpensive and can exhibit great soundproofing performance.

以下、図面を参照しつつ詳述する。 A detailed description will be given below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in the drawing, the present invention is a soundproof flooring material A that is used for the floor and does not transmit floor impact sound to the floor below, and the core material 2 is a board material that has many air holes 1 such as cavities or holes inside. It is characterized in that sound insulating plate materials 3 made of an elastic material are adhered to both sides of the core material 2 in a layered manner.

For sound insulation, a configuration using the principle of hollow multiple walls that insulates the sound twice can achieve more effective sound insulation than using a single sound insulation material to insulate the sound all at once. However, although hollow structures have a great sound insulation effect on walls and ceilings, the sound insulation on the floor is halved due to the magnitude of vibration, and there are many problems in terms of strength and construction.

For this reason, in the present invention, as shown in the drawing, a board material having air holes 1 such as cavities or holes is used as a core material 2, and sound insulating board materials 3 are integrally attached to both sides of this material with adhesive, so that the floor structure is has increased rigidity and can form hollow multiple walls. That is, the impact sound is first absorbed by the sound insulating board 3 located at the top, and then passes through the air holes 1 of the core material 2 to reach the next sound insulating board 3 located at the bottom, where it is further sound-insulated. As the sound is absorbed by the large width, the impact sound transmitted to the lower chamber becomes extremely small. The function of the core material 2 here is to firmly adhere the upper and lower sound insulating board materials 3 to form an integral unit, greatly increasing the strength, and to form a hollow multilayered wall with the air holes 1 to further enhance sound insulation. also exhibits a sound insulation effect due to the hardness of the core material 2 itself.

In this case, the preferred material for the sound insulation board 3 is a cork board containing fine air vesicles, and it is not limited to an expensive natural cork board, but also an inexpensive cork board made by crushing cork into particles and fixing them with adhesive. That's enough. As is well known, this cork is formed by trapping microscopic air within its cells, so the air within these cells has the property of not transmitting sound, and the air vesicles are It is especially excellent as a sound insulating material because it absorbs shock due to its cushioning properties. In addition, it has high compression resistance, making it ideal as a flooring material, and by combining it with a core material 2 having air holes 1, the best floor can be formed. In order to fully exhibit the above-mentioned performance, it is desirable that the thickness of the cork plate is 10 mm or more.

In addition to the above-mentioned sound insulation plate material 3, commonly used sound insulation materials such as a foamed synthetic resin material having trapped air holes 1 having the same effect or a synthetic rubber material can also be used.
