CONSTITUTION:A pin 2 provided with a flange-like base is fixed to a leading end side of an outer lever 1. A pair of engagement pieces 17 are integrated with bilateral surfaces of a synthetic resin connection body 12. An insertion hole 13 of the connection body 12 is fitted to a leading end of the pin 2. The leading end of the pin 2 is then projected from the insertion hole 13. Its tapered surface 8 enters a portion between engagement parts 18 of the engagement pieces 17 of the connection body 12. The pin 2 is inserted while elastically deforming the engagement pieces 17 outward. The insertion is regulated by a base 3 of the pin 2.
