Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a wooden flooring material that is easily packed and transported and available for various arrangement in forming a floor. CONSTITUTION:Fitting grooves 3 are provided to faces of long sides in the longitudinal direction of a floor board body 1 that is in rectangular shape having a cushioning lining material 2 on its reverse side. A plurality of such floor board bodies 1 are arranged, with their long sides arranged side by side, and a long connecting member 4 is fitted into the fitting grooves 3 of the adjoining floor board bodies 1, and the floor board bodies 1 are connected together so that they can slide in the longitudinal direction. The floor board bodies 1 are trued up at their short sides when they are packed and transported. Each of the floor board bodies 1 is slid optionally in the longitudinal direction to form a desired shape when flooring is executed.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has flexibility in the shape by joining parallel floor plates so that they can slide in the longitudinal direction. That is, the wood flooring of the present invention has a plurality of elongated rectangular floorboards each having a cushioning backing material on the back side and arranged in parallel with their long side portions in contact with each other, and an opening is formed on the long side surface of one of the adjacent floorboards. A fitting groove having a width smaller than the inner width is provided in the longitudinal direction, and the fitting groove, or a protrusion capable of fitting with the fitting groove, is formed in the longitudinal direction on the long side surface of the other floor plate. The floorboards that are provided over the two adjacent floorboards can slide in the longitudinal direction by fitting the joining member over both fitting grooves or by directly fitting the fitting groove and the protrusion. Are joined to each other, and a joining groove and a projecting portion are provided on the outer long side surface of the floorboard alone located at both ends in the longitudinal direction.

As shown in FIG. 2, the floorboard single body 1 is provided with fitting grooves 3 whose opening width is smaller than the inner width on both side surfaces of the long sides along the longitudinal direction. A plurality of single floorboards 1 are arranged in parallel with each other with their long sides in contact with each other.
By fitting the elongated joining member 4 over both fitting grooves 3, the floorboard unit 1 is joined so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction, as shown in FIG. 3, for example. The joining member 4 is inserted into the fitting groove 3 from the longitudinal end portion of the floor plate 1 alone. The joining member 4 is made of a flexible synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride or 6-nylon so as to cope with unevenness of the ground floor, and an elongated body having a cross-sectional shape that fits into the fitting groove 3 is used. .
