【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】カップ体の外周縁にゴムあるいは柔軟な樹
脂からなるリップ部を設け、該リップ部の内方となる縦
断面皿状の内壁に貫通の吸引孔と連通する複数の吸引溝
を設けた吸着パッドにおいて、前記カップ体内に、吸着
用の複数の小孔あるいは/およびスリットと前記吸引溝
とを前記内壁面に備え、かつ流路の異なる連通の吸引孔
を各々に設けた複数の真空溜を配設し、該真空溜の境界
に合わせて被吸着体と当接する仕切部を前記内壁面に配
設したことを特徴とする吸着パッド。
