PC steel materials 7 are inserted in the metallic tubes 6 and both sides of the PC steel materials 7 are supported at the support 8 provided at the shorter side of the form 2. 材に予め引張力を与えた状態で、前記型枠内へコンクリ
ートを打設し、型枠の底面から該PC鋼材及び金属管ま
でを埋没させるように形成してプレストレスを導入する
