Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily and securely draw out a film from the end of roll, by arranging a thin flap at the underface of rolled end of wrap film and raising the rolled end of wrap film from the surface of rolled wrap film by means of the bending restitution force of the thin flap. CONSTITUTION:The rolled end of wrap film 4 is kept in a state raised from the surface of rolled film 2 in the middle of the film width by means of the bending restitution force of a thin flap 5 interposed so as to be rolled up between rolled films 2. The raised flap plays a role to pick up the rolled end 4 of film 1B together with the interposed thin flap 5 on drawing out the film. In this way, the rising up of the film 1B becomes smooth at both sides of the rolled film on drawing out it and such a defect that film is diagonally torn off from the sides during drawing of the film, is extremely prevented.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a cylindrical body 3 as shown in FIG.
Rolled film 1A in which a wrap film is layered on top of 2
Is commercially available in the state of being housed in a columnar box body 10 as shown in FIG. 6A, for example, and is widely used as a film for food packaging for general households and food retailers. Most of the storage boxes of this type are made of paperboard, and for example, the processed paperboard 11 shown in FIG. 6B is bent at the folding lines so that the respective board surfaces are substantially perpendicular to each other and the wound film is stored. However, it is formed by appropriately laminating it (for example, in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 59-28).
No. 022). The box body 10 of this type includes a winding film 1A stored after being opened and a winding end 4 of a film.

It is widely marketed because it is easy and convenient to use the film by pulling out the required length of the film starting from the winding end 4 and cutting it with a cutting tool 12 arranged at an appropriate portion of the box.

This type of paperboard box 10 is generally poor in water resistance and has only the minimum necessary functions on the assumption that it is disposable. For this reason, many proposals have been made for a long time to make it robust and to satisfy the functions lacking in a paperboard box. For example, if the box body is made of a plastic molded article, it is proposed that the box body is improved in robust durability, sealing property, cut-out property, internal see-through property, etc. (for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 42-206).
No. 26), it is proposed that a dedicated device for wall-mounted feed cutting can improve the operability with both hands, the cutting and cutting performance, the safety of the blade, the durability of durability, etc. (for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 53-10750). If a lid and a support with high rigidity are attached to a paper box, the durability and durability of the box can be improved.
There are proposals from various viewpoints, such as a proposal (for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-1948) that the supportability, the pullout cutting property and the like are improved. For this type of proposal, the paperboard box that is supposed to be disposable is convenient but lacks in function.
I feel the background idea that single-use disposable is uneconomical.

However, almost all of the above proposals have not been put to practical use. The main reason for this is that "rolled film for refilling" has not been listed at all because of the difficulty of stable economic supply. On the other hand, consumers are strongly demanding the provision of "rolled film for refilling" because of effective use of natural resources and conservation of natural environment.

The economical supply of "rolled film for refilling" is carried out, for example, by covering the outer surface of the existing rolled film with a heat-shrinkable synthetic resin film or a heat-shrinkable foam sheet, and then covering the covered film / sheet. A heat-shrinkable package (for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-7988) or a package body in which a wound film is contained in a paper box whose paper quality is thinner than the current product (for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-169629). It is generally considered that a simple package can be easily provided by using the method described in (Gazette).

However, the wound film supplied in the above-mentioned simple packaging is removed from the exterior part and put back in the storage box, and the winding end 4 of the film is locked by rotating once on the surface of the winding layer 2. When trying to pull out the film by removing the adhesive tape, the film rises poorly on both sides of the winding layer film, and if you try to pull it out as it is, the film tears diagonally from the side edge and the end of the film is wound. There is a problem that a defect phenomenon occurs in which the user loses sight of the edge and cannot pull it out thereafter. The rate of occurrence of this defective phenomenon is as low as a few percent overall, but it is usually impossible to identify and remove it by appearance. If this phenomenon occurs, it is extremely difficult to take out the film edge again after that, and the unused wound layer film itself becomes difficult to use. This defective phenomenon is a phenomenon which becomes a particular problem when a vinylidene chloride-based resin film having high self-adhesiveness, transparency, and heat shrinkability between the films and in which longitudinal / diagonal tearing easily occurs is targeted.

It is speculated that the cause of this phenomenon is minute heat damage to the film due to the local heat received during the tight packing and the impact received during the transfer, but it is not clear. In short, it is difficult to find a simple packaging form that can be stably supplied as a "wrapping film for refilling" at the selling price that the consumer is satisfied with compared to the current selling price of the product in the storage box with the current winding film structure. It was a problem.

First, FIG. 1 exemplifies a structure example of a wound film 1B which is a common content of the package of the present invention, that is, a characteristic of the wound film 1B in which a wrap film is wound on a cylindrical body 2 in a layer 2. is doing. 2 to 5 are examples of the packaging form of the packaging body of the present invention. In the case of FIG. 2, it is inside a (triangular) columnar box 10 made of paperboard, and in the case of FIG. 3, it is a (square) columnar box made of synthetic resin. In the body 20, in the case of FIG. 4, in the layer covering 30 of the synthetic resin film sheet, in the case of FIG. 5, the outer surface of the fibrous thin layer covered with the layer covering 30 of the synthetic resin film sheet. Each of the winding films 1 </ b> B shown in FIG. 1 is stored and arranged in the cover 40. 2 to 5
The packaging form itself shown in (1) is similar to the conventional product, and the entire wrapped film 1B is completely covered with the respective packaging materials.

The difference of the present invention from the prior art is that, as shown in FIG. 1, "at least a part of the winding end film 4 of the winding layer film 1B in the width direction is wound around the lower surface of the film. It is lifted from the surface of the winding layer film by the bending repulsive force of the thin leaf piece 5. " This difference is shown in FIG. 6C, which illustrates a conventional wound film.
It is clear in comparison with. That is, all of the winding end film 4 of the conventional product FIG. 6 (C) is arranged so as to be in close contact with the surface of the film winding layer 2, and the center of the film width is adjusted by the adhesive tape 6 that goes around the surface of the winding film. It is locked on the surface of the winding layer 2. Reference numeral 7 is a picking portion of the adhesive tape. On the other hand, in the present invention (FIG. 1), the bending repulsive force of the thin leaf piece 5 in which the winding end film 4 is interposed between the winding end layer 4 and the winding layer 2 in the middle of the film width. Then, it is in a state of being lifted from the surface of the film winding layer 2.
There is no adhesive tape 6 for fixing the winding end film. The "lifted" state here is based on the bending repulsive force of the intervening thin leaf piece 5, and even if a pressing force is applied and the pressing force is released, the "lifted" state is always "lifted". Return to. In this respect, the present invention is different from the conventional package in which a tape paper having a small bending repulsive force is simply interposed. The phrase "lifted" in the package of the present invention may be temporarily pushed by the packaging material that covers the outside, so that it is an expression that takes this into consideration.

The role of the "lifted" state of the present invention is to make the winding end of the film in the portion together with the intervening thin leaf piece serve as a picking portion (take-out port) when the film is pulled out. By doing so, the film rises smoothly on both sides of the wound layer film when the film is drawn out, and the defective phenomenon that the film is torn obliquely from the side edge during the drawing operation is greatly suppressed. For example, a polyethylene resin foam / heat-shrinkable sheet as shown in FIG. 4 is used as a heat-shrinkable simple packaging body using a packaging material, a rolled film is supplied, and the rolled film is transferred to a storage box. Then, the conventional winding film 1A
The defective phenomenon occurrence rate of 6.3% that occurs when the content is [FIG. 6C] is substantially changed only by changing to the wound film 1B of the present invention [FIG. 1A]. The result that the rate of occurrence was suppressed to 0% was obtained.

The present inventors deduced this mechanism of action as follows. That is, first, the pulling-out operation of the film, which is performed by pinching the middle of the winding end of the film with a finger, is performed while the cylinder of the wound film is rotated in the box. On the other hand, the stable unwinding of the film from the wound layer film is when the film length unwound from the entire winding width is equal. Therefore, at the start of the drawing operation, the drawing tension applied in the middle of the winding end instantly extends to the entire winding width of the wound film, and at least in such a state that the feeding of the film from both sides of the winding width is not delayed. It is desirable to start the rotation of the cylinder. However, at the beginning of the initial pull-out operation that is performed with the actual adhesive tape removed, most of the winding end film is in close contact with the surface of the winding layer due to self-adhesion. While the transmission to the both sides of the roll width is delayed, the pulling tension from the middle film starts the rotation of the cylindrical body. In other words, since the rotation of the cylindrical body starts with insufficient film feeding from both sides of the winding width, the central portion of the film starts to be fed with stretching deformation of the film. The positions of the sides move toward the inside of the box, and the drawing tension is more difficult to be transmitted to both sides of the winding width, so that the tension distribution in the entire film becomes uneven.

In the ordinary wound film, if the drawing tension is strongly applied even when the above-mentioned state is reached, the film on both sides of the winding width rapidly advances as the rotation of the cylinder advances, and the film is unwound from the entire winding width. Although the film length returns to the same state, for example, when the wound width double side (one side) film on the wound layer surface has a heat-damaged scratch caused when the packaging material is compressed or an impact scratch when transferred, Under the influence of the sudden extension of the side film and the transmission of tension at an abnormal angle,
It was inferred that a minute notch was formed in the film from the scratched portion, and the film spread from the notch to develop a defective phenomenon in which the film was torn obliquely from the side edge. Based on this inference, the significance of the existence of the "lifted state" of the present invention is considered to produce the following advantages.

That is, at the start of the initial pull-out operation, 1) it becomes a picking portion (take-out port) which is excellent in distinctiveness and is easy to pick. 2) the presence of thin leaf pieces makes the film adhere to the winding layer surface. The area is reduced, and the pulling tension applied in the middle of the winding end film can be reliably and quickly transmitted to both sides of the winding width. 3) The tension transmission for starting the rotation of the cylindrical body is a thin leaf piece. Since it is carried out together with the film, there is no uneven stretch deformation in the film in the winding width direction compared to the case where only the easily deformable film is used, and when the rotation of the cylindrical body starts, It is easy to reach the state where the film lengths fed out are the same. By the above combination, both winding widths (pieces) on the winding layer surface
Even if the side film has the same scratches, since there is no impact due to sudden feeding or transmission of tension at an abnormal angle, there is no notch formation from scratches, so there is a possibility of a tearing failure phenomenon. It is estimated that the frequency of occurrence will be significantly reduced.

In the "lifted" state of the present invention, the winding end of the film is at a height of about 1 mm to 15 mm from the surface of the film winding layer 2, preferably about 2 mm to 10 m.
Lifted at a height of m. Further, in the winding width (film width) direction, the total length of the winding width is about 10 mm to the winding width, preferably about 1 mm.
When it is desired to reduce the length of the thin leaf pieces from 5 mm to 80% of the winding width, it is sufficient to raise the range of about 20 mm to 150 mm in the middle of the winding width. This "lifted" state is realized by using thin leaf pieces to intervene that have a bending repulsion force that exceeds their own weight, the weight of the film covering from above, and the adhesive force between the films. It may be rolled up and placed. As a result of studying the appropriate value of the bending repulsion force, the inventors of the present invention have found that JIS P8143 "a stiffness test method by the self-weight bending method of paper (Clark method), measurement temperature / humidity: 20 ° C / 65%, width of sample piece" 20 mm "
In the obtained "destroy (cm 3/100)" is more than 65, when preferably a thin leaf pieces is 75 or more, employing as axial indicating the value is in the circumferential direction of the film wound layer 2 In addition, it was found that the above-mentioned "lifted" state can be suitably achieved. In other words, this "stiffness (cm 3
/ 100) ”is greater than or equal to 65, it may be possible to increase the absolute value to some extent by increasing the width dimension, but for thin leaf pieces that are less than 65, the absolute value relative to the size of the width dimension. Increase rate is small (may decrease)
This is because the target bending repulsion force cannot be obtained.

[0018] Specifically, for example, the thickness value of "stiffness (cm 3/100)" in 20mm width is 83 0.0
85 thin paper indicates the value of the "stiffness (cm 3/100)" value of about 80-90 in the range of width 10 mm to 50 mm. This thin paper is cut into strips with a stiffness of these values with an axial length of 100 mm or more, and the lengthwise direction is the circumferential direction of the wound film. If the winding end is wound so that the winding end stays near the winding end of the film, the winding end of the film has a width of about 20 mm to 150 mm around the position of the rolled paper piece.
A "lifted" state is easily obtained in a height range of about 1 mm to 10 mm. Therefore, the required size of the "lifted" state part depends on the winding width (film width) of the target winding film. For this, thin leaf pieces having a narrow width may be appropriately adopted for each. Then, the winding end end of the film can be brought into a state in which there is a portion in a lifted state in a portion in a state in which it is in close contact with the surface of the winding layer 2 and is locked. .

The position of the winding end of the thin leaf piece at this time does not require strict adjustment, but within a range of about 40 mm before and after the winding end of the film, the thin leaf piece (paper piece) is located. 20mm before and after the winding end of the film when the prevention of catching in the post process is taken into consideration so that the winding end of the film remains.
Within the range, it is desirable that the winding end ends stay closer to each other. When the winding end of the thin leaf piece is located inside and farther than the winding end of the film, the winding end of the film adheres to the surface of the winding layer 2 and presses the thin leaf piece 5 to bend and repel the thin leaf piece itself. Since the force may weaken over time due to the bending tendency, in order to avoid this, the winding end of the thin leaf piece is located slightly outside the winding end of the film and slightly outside the winding end of the film. Is most desirable.

Furthermore, the length of the thin leaf piece (strip) 5, that is, the length of winding into the film winding layer 2, is usually preferably longer from the viewpoint of facilitating drawing of the film. However, when the film is cut and used, the presence of the thin leaf pieces 5 may hinder the cutting operation. On the other hand, the stabilization of the bending fulcrum distance of the thin leaf piece is sufficient if the circumference of the winding layer is ⅓ to about half the circumference. From the viewpoint of assisting the rotation of the cylindrical body at the beginning of drawing, it is desirable that the circumference of the winding layer is within the range of about 1 to about 2 circumferences. If you have this length of wrapping,
It is also sufficient from the viewpoint of facilitating the pulling out of the film from the surface of the wound film, which is most likely to be impacted or heat-damaged during simple packaging or transfer.

When it is desired to make the thin leaf piece 5 wide in the winding width (film width) direction and short in the winding length direction, the length relationship of the strips changes, so the "stiffness" value differs depending on the length and width of the material. In the case of a thin leaf piece having a length, it is desirable to thoroughly examine the value of the "stiffness" in the vertical / horizontal relationship in advance and set it in the longitudinal direction in which an axis having a large "stiffness" value is wound. The thin leaf piece referred to in the present invention has a width of 20 m measured according to JIS P8143.

There is no particular limitation on paper (including synthetic paper and processed paper), synthetic resin sheet, metal thin plate, fiber knitted fabric, non-woven fabric, leather and the like. However, it is desirable that the material is paper (including synthetic paper and processed paper) because it is thin with a thickness of 0.1 mm or less and does not damage the film and the winding operation is easy. It is most desirable to use a paper that has less deterioration in

If the surface of the thin leaf piece (paper) is coated with resin latex or the like to improve the adhesion to the wound film, for example, only the thin leaf piece may slip through during drawing. It can be prevented. In addition, if you print a message that you want to convey to consumers, such as how to pull out the film, how to use a cutting blade, and how to cook using wraps, you can also advertise the product to consumers. .

As a typical example of the simple packaging of the package of the present invention, a paperboard columnar box 10 as shown in FIG. 2 and a synthetic resin paper columnar box 20 as shown in FIG. 3 are provided. , In the cover of layer 30 of synthetic resin film sheet as shown in FIG.
Layer 3 of the synthetic resin film sheet as shown in FIG.
The entire wound film 1B is completely accommodated in the cover of the fibrous thin film layer 40 covered with 0. At this time, the layer 30 of the synthetic resin film / sheet is either a non-foamed product or a foamed product of a soft synthetic resin, and when the heat-treated material has a heat-shrinkable property, the layer 30 is in a contracted state. It is more desirable to improve the protection of the surface of the wound film. When the outer cover is a multi-layer of the synthetic resin film / sheet layer 30 and the fibrous thin film layer 40, for example, the surface of the wound film is first covered with the fibrous thin film layer 40, and then the heat-shrinkable synthetic resin film is formed thereon. It can be obtained by a method of tight packing at 30 or the like. This is desirable because it makes it difficult for the wound film to be affected by heat during the tight packaging. In this case, the fibrous thin film layer is generally made of paper, non-woven fabric or the like. Further, in the illustrated example, the number of wound films is one, but
Two or three of these may be used. In that case, a cushioning material such as cardboard or foam is placed on the surfaces of the wound films that are in contact with each other.

When the packaging material is a columnar box, the columnar cross-section has various shapes such as a triangle, a square, a pentagon, a hexagon, a circle and an ellipse. Among them, the square shape and the equilateral triangle shape are the most desirable shapes in terms of the amount of material used, the number of bending steps, the efficient arrangement in the shipping container, the stability of the display at the store, and the like in order to achieve overall harmony. Further, when the synthetic resin is used as a box material, a sheet molded product, a blow molded product, an injection molded product or the like can be adopted. However, it is desirable to use a sheet molded product when making it inexpensive and an injection molded product when making it robust.

Furthermore, if the wound film 1B according to the present invention is used, the initial pulling-out operation of the film from the box body becomes smooth. It is also effective to apply the conventionally known packaging form in which the columnar box body 20 made of synthetic resin paper with a cutting tool is used as the packaging material. The embodiment of the package of the present invention is, for example, a columnar box obtained by folding a paperboard, and a package of a wound wrap film in which a wound film is stored, and a synthetic resin obtained by molding. Wrap wrap film, which is a roll-wrap film in which a roll-shaped film is stored in a columnar box, and a roll-wrap film, which is a column-shaped package in which the outer peripheral surface of the roll film is covered with a synthetic resin film / sheet layer. There is a wrapped wrap film package which is a columnar package including a body and a thin fiber layer covering the outer peripheral surface of the wound film, and a layer of a synthetic resin film sheet further covering the outer periphery thereof.

Examples and Comparative Examples Process of manufacturing a commercially available wrap film [trade name: Saran wrap, manufactured by Asahi Kasei (vinylidene chloride resin wrap film having a thickness of 12 μm)], that is, a width dimension of a large amount The target winding amount is almost completed by cutting the film of about 30 cm into a center on a paper cylinder (paper tube) with a length of about 32 mm x a length of about 307 mm and a winding length of 20 m. A method of winding and fixing a thin leaf piece on a wound film was used just before the start of. In this case, the thin leaf piece is a recording sheet commercially available for printers of computer terminals [Kobayashi Recording Paper Co., Ltd., product name: 1500

mm, about 40 m with the axis of low "stiffness" in the width direction
The m-shaped strip was wound so that the length direction was the circumferential direction of the wound film. Further, the position of this thin leaf piece is in the longitudinal center of the wound film, and the strip-shaped longitudinal direction makes a complete turn around the film winding layer, and the winding end of the thin leaf piece is about 1 mm from the winding end of the film winding layer. It was adjusted so that it fits into the protruding position within a range of 10 mm.

Therefore, the winding end of the wound layer film of the obtained wound film has a width of about 1 at the center in the longitudinal direction of the winding width due to the bending repulsive force of the thin leaf piece wound and arranged.
A portion in the range of 10 mm to 120 mm is lifted from the surface of the wound layer to a height in the range of about 1 mm to 10 mm,
The winding end of the other winding layer film was in a state of being fixed to the surface of the winding layer by self-adhesion (see FIG. 1).

Each of 1000 pieces of this wound film has a wall thickness of about 2 mm, an expansion ratio of about 35 times, and 140 ° C. ×
Thermal contraction rate (vertical / horizontal) of about 20/3 when heated for 20 seconds
A 5% polyethylene foam sheet was heat-shrinked into a tight-wrapped package. In this tight-wrapping, two long foam sheets, which are wound in a cylindrical shape with a shaft having a small heat shrinkage as a width dimension of about 420 mm and a shaft having a large heat shrinkage as a longitudinal direction, are heat-sealed at their tips. In addition, two long foam sheets are fed out by pressing the wound film of the packaged product arranged in the lateral direction against the heat-sealing seal part, and the wound film is completely inserted between the two foam sheets. At the time of entering, the rear part of the two foamed sheets is pressed from the outside to be closed, and the closed part is fusion-sealed with some allowance to wrap the entire wound film in a tubular shape. By repeating such an operation continuously, a preliminary packaging body is obtained in which a winding film is arranged inside a tubular foam sheet having margins on both sides and in the circumferential direction. When this preliminary wrapping body is introduced into a heating tank whose temperature is adjusted to about 140 ° C and retained for 20 seconds and taken out, the foamed sheet shrinks to tightly cover the wound film, and the remaining foamed sheets on both sides are wound. It became a tight-wrapped package (see FIG. 4) extending in the paper tube radial direction of the rolled film.

The tight packaging was placed in a cardboard box of 5 rows × 10 rows (packing 50 pieces), stored in a warehouse for one month, and then transported back and forth by truck between Suzuka and Tokyo. While inspecting the pain condition of the body, the wound film is opened, the rolled film is taken out, and it is stored again in the currently commercially available storage box [FIG. 6 (A)] in which the paperboard of FIG. did. Incidentally, the winding end of the wound layer film of the wound film seen at the time of opening is almost raised to the original height by the bending repulsive force of the thin leaf piece at the time when the elastic foam sheet is removed, and it depends on the bending tendency. It was confirmed that the bending resilience of the thin leaf pieces was hardly reduced.

For comparison, the same experiment as in the above example was carried out on a commercially available wound film in an existing storage box. That is, the wound film used in this experiment is shown in FIG.
It has the shape structure shown in (C) and is different from the above embodiment in the following two points. (1) The winding end of the wound layer film of the wound film should be in close contact with the surface of the wound layer over the entire width direction. (2) The end of the wound film should be wound on the surface of the wound layer at the center of the length of the wound film. An adhesive tape 6 (a commercially available cellophane one-sided adhesive tape, width of about 9 mm) that goes around the layers is fixed, and this operation is to remove the adhesive tape 6 from the picking portion 7 and take out the winding end 4 of the film. . And the following evaluation was performed about both.

[Comparison evaluation of both] 1. Pain in the astringent layer after transportation (visual judgment) Many scratches were found on the surface of the austerative layer, but all of the scratches remained in the foam layer and extended to the wound film. There was nothing. In this result, at least no difference was observed between the example and the comparative example. 2. Pain on both sides of the width of the rolled film after transportation (visual judgment) Abnormality could not be detected. At least there was no difference between the example and the comparative example, and they were the same. 3. With respect to the drawability (monitor judgment) of the film from the wound film stored in the box, 50 trained samples were evaluated by 20 skilled monitors. This evaluation method is the most commonly used film drawing method in general households. The opened box with a cutting tool is held in a half-open state and held with one hand, and the other hand starts with the wound film. Take out the film edge of
We adopted a method to pull out the required amount (about 25 cm) at once. And the evaluation here is about 2 from the original film edge.
The evaluation was performed by focusing on the ease of operation when pulling out a 5 cm film and the defect phenomenon that occurred during the process. The results are summarized below.
