【0001】

[Technical field to which industry belongs]
The present invention relates to a roll-shaped soft synthetic resin film that can be flattened and used for packaging food for food factories.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various prepared vegetables are wrapped in a thin film and delivered from a food manufacturing factory to a food manufacturing factory, or to a restaurant, convenience store, etc. before reaching the hands of consumers. When packaging, the operator cuts and uses the film wound around the paper tube to the optimum size for the food to be packaged. Such an operation requires a lot of labor since there are many kinds of foods and each is wrapped separately. Further, since the film itself wound around the paper tube is large and is inconvenient to handle, it is not suitable for the work of cutting and packaging while spreading. Furthermore, the packaging film wound around the cylinder is designed to be used by pulling out the film of the desired length, but it takes a lot of labor to find the film cutting edge when the films are in close contact with each other. The problem of becoming.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of this invention is to provide the roll-shaped soft synthetic resin film which can package the foodstuffs for food factories safely and easily.
More specifically, the present invention is intended to improve the ease of drawing in the roll-shaped soft synthetic resin film so that the end side of the film can be easily pulled out at the beginning of use. Further, the present invention is intended to reduce the cost without sacrificing the ease of pulling out.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The gist of the present invention is a roll-shaped soft synthetic resin film characterized by comprising a wound layer in which a soft synthetic resin film is folded from both sides into a box pleat and is wound with both edges aligned in the middle.
The wound layer is formed by winding a core material, preferably a paper tube, into a layered form, and in this case, the present invention folds the soft synthetic resin film from both sides into a box pleat shape and forms both edges. A roll-shaped soft synthetic resin film comprising a wound layer formed by winding a core material, preferably a paper tube into a roll shape in a state where the portions are aligned in the middle.
[0005]
The wrapping layer is preferably a layer wound so that the surface in contact with the article to be packaged is on the inside. A roll-shaped soft synthetic resin film comprising a wound layer wound around a core material, preferably a paper tube, if necessary, wound so that a surface in contact with an article to be packaged is inside, is there.
[0006]
The film is provided with a cutting guide line in the width direction for each average length spent for one use. In this case, the present invention folds the soft synthetic resin film from both sides into a box pleat shape. A core material, preferably a paper tube, if necessary, wound with a cutting guide line in the width direction inserted for each average length spent in one use with the edge aligned in the middle A roll-shaped soft synthetic resin film comprising a wound layer wound around, preferably wound so that a surface in contact with an article to be packaged is inside.
[0007]
The soft synthetic resin film is a thin-walled polyethylene film for food packaging, more specifically, it is flattened and used for food packaging for food factories. In this case, the present invention is a thin-walled film for food packaging. Polyethylene film, more specifically, a soft synthetic resin film that can be spread flat and used for food packaging for food factories is folded into box folds from both sides and the edges are aligned in the middle. For each average length spent in use, there is a surface in contact with the article to be wrapped, preferably wrapped around a core material, preferably a paper tube, wound with a cutting guide line in the width direction. It is a roll-shaped soft synthetic resin film characterized by comprising a wound layer wound so as to be inside.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The soft synthetic resin that is the material of the film in the present invention includes polyethylene, ethylene / α-olefin copolymer resin, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, and the like. Preferably, it is a thin polyethylene film for food packaging.
[0009]
Thin polyethylene film has a thickness of about 10 to 20 microns, an expanded width of about 0.5 to 1.5m, and a length of about 800 to 1500m. A wound layer is formed by winding the portions together in the middle. When the article to be packaged is a food, it is preferably wrapped so that the surface in contact with it is on the inside. Since it is folded and formed into a cylindrical shape, it can be easily pulled out from the beginning.
[0010]
The core material is not particularly limited, but a paper tube is preferable. Conventional roll-shaped soft synthetic resin films mainly for packaging require a cylindrical hard paper core in order to maintain the cylindrical shape of the entire film winding layer. Therefore, it is disadvantageous in terms of manufacturing cost, and when the film is used up, the paper core becomes waste, and the labor and cost for disposal and processing are difficult to ignore. However, if the paper core is abolished, the shape of the film winding layer tends to collapse, and it becomes difficult to use it smoothly without waste until the end. In the present invention, since the film is folded and wound to form a cylinder, the conventional thick paper core (diameter about 3 inches) is made thin (diameter about 1.5 inches). Nevertheless, the shape does not collapse or bend, and it can be used up in an easy-to-use state.
[0011]
It is preferable to put a cutting guide line in the width direction for each average length spent for one use in the film.
[0012]
[Action]
(1) Since the cylinder is formed by folding with pleats, the films are not in close contact with each other and can be easily pulled out without the trouble of searching for the edges or cut ends of the films.
(2) Since the film is folded and formed into a cylindrical shape, the shape does not collapse or bend despite the fact that the conventional thick paper core is thinned. Accordingly, the cost can be reduced by making the paper core thinner, and the cost associated with the processing of the paper core that has become unnecessary can also be reduced.
(3) Putting a cutting guide line in the width direction for each fixed length is convenient for use and eliminates the need for a cutter as in the prior art. And cost can be reduced.
(4) By making it the layer wound so that the surface which contacts the food to package may become inside, the inner surface is always protected safely and can handle a roll-shaped film in comfort.
[0013]
【Example】
Further description will be given below based on examples. In addition, it cannot be overemphasized that this invention is not restrict | limited at all by a present Example.
[0014]
Examples (Thin Polyethylene Film for Food Factory) Rolled Soft Synthetic Resin Film for Food Packaging Examples of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As clearly shown in FIG.
The thin polyethylene film (2) used was a strip having a thickness of 15 microns, an expanded width of about 110 cm, and a length of about 900 m. The core is made of a paper tube (3) having a diameter of about 1.5 inches. A thick paper core (about 3 inches in diameter) as in the past is made thinner.
A thin polyethylene film (2) is folded from both sides with folds (folds) (4) to form a wound layer (6) wound with both edges (5) in the middle. Let it be a roll-shaped soft synthetic resin (polyethylene) film (1) for packaging. Since the items to be packaged were prepared vegetables produced at a food factory, the product was wrapped so that the surface in contact with it was inside. Due to the presence of folds (folds), the end of winding (7) can be easily pulled out from the beginning of use.
[0015]
FIG. 2 is a schematic view (8) in which the end portion (7) of the roll-shaped thin polyethylene film (1) for a food factory shown in FIG. Actually, the torn piece is a thin film, so the shape is broken.
A cutting guide line in the width direction is provided for each average length spent for one use. Large perforations are made at the same length as the width of about 110 cm so as to form a substantially square shape, and the cut end of the film is notched (not shown).
[0016]
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a mode in which a single use of FIG. It is used for packaging of prepared dishes that are flattened and manufactured in food factories. Since one fold can be collected with the folds remaining, there is no adhesion of the film and it can be easily spread on a single sheet. It is spread in the container (9) with the side that comes in contact with the side dish, put the side dish and wrap it. If necessary, add another film, wrap the same or another side dish, and transport it with the container.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
