DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention Such a conventional deodorizing device for malodorous air, particularly a deodorizing material utilizing an adsorption action of activated carbon or the like, can be used in a large-scale enterprise facility in terms of deodorizing ability. It is not possible to do so, and it is the current situation that we have to resort to deodorizing methods using chemicals. However, when the above chemicals are used, there is a problem that further attention must be paid to the method of treating the chemicals, and in particular, secondary pollution may occur due to incomplete treatment of the chemicals. There is.

Effect According to the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration, a malodorous air is sucked from the inlet, and the malodorous air is mixed with cement to the volcanic ash gravel to form a porous contact material solidified and molded into a nodular or granular object having air permeability. When the air is diffused from the air diffuser arranged below the stored filter material chamber, the air enters the filter material chamber as bubbles. Then, the bubbles repeatedly contact, stay and permeate the porous contact material housed in the filter material chamber, and the oxygen of the malodorous air is sequentially adsorbed to the porous contact material to deodorize the bubbles. While rising inside the porous contact material. At the same time, the air pressure sent in pushes up the water staying in the filter room and circulates in the filter room and the circulation channel, so that this water becomes a porous contact material when passing through the filter room like the air. On the other hand, the actions of contact, retention and permeation are repeated, and the aerobic microorganisms propagate in the water and the malodorous air adsorbed by the porous contact material becomes inorganic matter and is dissolved in the water.
It is discharged to the outside.

This volcanic ash gravel is a basic substance for forming the porous contact material 5, and the nodular or granular material obtained by solidifying and molding cement into the volcanic ash gravel has a fine pore inside. It becomes an object that has water permeability and abundance. On the other hand, diatomaceous earth is a light-colored and soft siliceous rock mainly composed of diatomaceous shells. There are two types, freshwater and marine, which can also be easily collected. Instead of this diatomaceous earth, it is possible to use Kuroboku soil, peat, or Masa soil.

At the time of forming the porous contact material 5, diatomaceous earth, bamboo charcoal and cement are mixed with volcanic ash gravel in the above-mentioned mixing ratio, and if necessary, Kokuboku soil, peat, and Masa earth are added and after kneading with an appropriate amount of water The porous contact material 5 is completed by solidifying. It should be noted that diatomaceous earth has a better solidification property with cement than Kokuboku soil, peat, and masa soil, and it is necessary to increase the mixing ratio of cement in the case of using this baku soil, peat, and masa soil. Therefore, in this embodiment, volcanic ash gravel, diatomaceous earth, bamboo charcoal, and cement were used as constituent elements of the porous contact material 5.

The mixing ratio of these is basically the weight ratio of volcanic ash gravel 2, diatomaceous earth 1, bamboo charcoal 1 and cement 2 as described above, but in order to increase the water permeability of the obtained porous contact material 5, Increasing the amount of volcanic ash and gravel, and increasing the amount of cement to increase the solidification property.

First, the blower 9 sucks off odorous air generated from a company facility and sends it to the air supply pipe 8.
Passing through 7,7 and into the air diffusers 6,6, the small holes 6a opened in the air diffusers 6,6 are diffused as shown by the arrow C, and the through holes formed in the filter receiver 3 It invades into the filter material chamber A from 3a as bubbles. The bubbles repeatedly contact, stay, and permeate the porous contact material 5, so that the malodorous component is contained in the porous contact material 5.
The air bubbles are deodorized by being adsorbed on the inner surface of the porous contact material 5. Water accumulated in the filter room A is pushed up by the air pressure sent at the same time, and when it circulates inside the water tank body 1 as shown by arrow D, this water passes through the filter room A like the air. In doing so, the actions of contacting, staying and permeating the porous contact material 5 are repeated, so that the malodorous component adsorbed by the porous contact material 5 is dissolved in water.

Thus, air bubbles containing a malodor rise inside the porous contact material 5 and the water circulates in the filter material chamber A and the circulation water passage B, whereby the oxygen in the malodorous air is sequentially adsorbed to the porous contact material 5. In addition to being dissolved in water, aerobic microorganisms propagate in the water to mineralize the malodor.

On the other hand, clean water obtained from the water source 14 is sent to the sprinkler 12 through the sprinkler 13 to flow down the inside of the porous contact material 5 filled inside the vertical cylindrical container 11. Further, the water that has dropped inside the water tank body 1 circulates in the circulating water channel B, and at the same time, excess water is discharged from the drain pipe 10 to the outside. At the time of the above-mentioned action, the porous contact material 5 is also suitable as a habitat for adherent microorganisms in water or crawling metazoans, and flocs of mobile microorganisms generated outside the porous contact material 5 or contaminants. It also has an excellent effect on adsorption. In addition, the group of organisms inhabiting the porous contact material 5 is supplied with nutrients by the swirling flow of water, and dissolved oxygen is supplied by aerating the water, so that the purification action is enhanced. Further, since the malodorous substance adsorbed on the porous contact material is digested by the microorganism group, it is not necessary to replace the porous contact material.

Although the above embodiment has been described as including both the water tank body 1 and the vertical cylindrical container 11, the present invention does not necessarily include both the water tank body 1 and the vertical cylindrical container 11. It is not necessary to do so, and the purpose can be achieved even if only one of them is used.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention described in detail above, the following operational effects are brought about. That is, when the malodorous air is sucked from a suction port with a blower and the air is diffused from an air diffusing pipe arranged below the porous contact material, the air infiltrates into the filter material chamber as bubbles, and the bubbles enter the filter material chamber. Oxygen of malodorous air is sequentially adsorbed to the porous contact material by repeating the action of contact, retention and permeation with respect to the stored porous contact material, and the inside of the porous contact material is deodorized while the air bubbles are deodorized. While rising, the water that stays in the filter room circulates in the filter room and the circulation channel due to the sent air pressure. Therefore, when this water passes through the filter chamber like the above-mentioned air, volcanic ash gravel or Cement was added to the volcanic ash gravel to which other deodorant was added, and the malodorous component adsorbed on the porous contact material solidified and molded into a nodular or granular object having air permeability was dissolved into water by mineralization.
It can be discharged to the outside. Therefore, the malodorous air is sequentially deodorized, and the malodor is not diffused to the outside.

Further, since the porous contact material is made of volcanic ash gravel, or volcanic ash gravel and diatomaceous earth, or volcanic ash gravel, diatomaceous earth and bamboo charcoal with cement, it is an arbitrary nodular object having air permeability. Alternatively, it can be solidified and molded into a granular object, can be used semipermanently, does not cause secondary pollution, and has a great effect of maintaining a good living environment for the future. can get.

Further water is allowed to flow down the inside of the porous contact material filled in the vertical cylindrical container arranged above the exhaust port, so that the air passing through the filter material chamber is vertically transferred from the exhaust port. The untreated malodorous particles are adsorbed by the porous contact material when passing through the inside of the cylindrical container, and the malodorous components can be completely deodorized and released to the outside. Furthermore, by circulating the water that has fallen into the aquarium body in the circulation channel, the oxygen in the malodorous air is dissolved in the water, and aerobic microorganisms propagate in the water to mineralize the malodorous substance and let it out. And a pollution-free deodorizing device is provided.
