一雄ネジ12を、上下両部の内周に第二・第三雌ネジ1

る導水用固定孔15を開設した上側管体16に対して、
上下両部の外周に第二・第三雄ネジ17、18を刻設し

下部を第二細径孔8に第二Oリング20を介して気密且
つ抜去可能に嵌着すると共にこれ等とは別個に、短い連
結管21の上部外周に鍔状部22を、同連結管21の下
部内周に第四雌ネジ23を設けた蓋部材24を構成し、
この蓋部材24を上記第二大径凹孔6内に上方から挿入
して第四雌ネジ23を第一雄ネジ12に螺着し且つ鍔状
部22を第二大径凹孔6に第三Oリング25を介して気
密且つ抜去可能に嵌着することによって密閉の空洞26
を形成し、また鍔状部22において空洞26に接する個
所に上下両端開放の傾斜状散水孔27を開設すると共に
これとは別個に、上面を閉塞し下面を開放した円筒状を
呈し且つ上部外周に第四雄ネジ28を刻設した、上面に
