Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a structure for mounting a lamp which does not require terminal pins and enables the electrical connection of a lead wire and wiring line simply by mounting a holding member to a lamp substrate. CONSTITUTION:This structure consists of a lamp 20, the holding member 22 which holds this lamp 20 and has a through-hole and detaining parts for drawing the lead wire 21 of the lamp 20 outside and the lamp substrate 27 which is provided with an insertion hole to be inserted with a detaining part 26 of the holding member 22. The lead wire 21 is brought into contact with the wiring line 29 on the surface of the lamp substrate 27 by inserting the detaining part 26 of the holding member 22 into the insertion hole and then moving this part.

2. Description of the Related Art In a pachinko machine, various lamps are turned on. As the lamp, a so-called silicon ball is used. This silicon sphere has a holding member 4 made of silicon having a light bulb 1 and two through holes 3 for holding the light bulb 1 and penetrating a lead wire 2 as shown in FIG.
The lamp board 5 is formed by inserting the through hole 3 of the holding member 4 into the terminal pin 6 that is planted on the lamp board 5.
The lead wire 2 and the terminal pin 6 come into contact with each other while being mounted on the upper surface, so that they are also electrically connected.

As described above, in the conventional device, first, the terminal pins 6 must be set up on the lamp substrate 5, which is a disadvantage. In addition, because the terminal pins 6 are inserted into the through holes 3, both of the two terminal pins 6 are required to be vertically arranged with respect to the lamp substrate 5, and therefore, as shown in FIG.
As shown in, the terminal pin 6 including the terminal portion 7 having the diameter d1, the base portion 8 having the diameter d2, and the tail portion 9 having the diameter d3 is larger than the diameter d1 provided on the conductor portion 10 of the lamp substrate 5 and smaller than the diameter d2. A person manually inserted it into the mounting hole 11 having the diameter D1 and soldered the base portion 8 side.

Similar to the first embodiment, the lamp holding member 22 is inserted with the engaging portion 26 in the insertion hole 28 and rotated 90 degrees. As a result, the lead wire 21 comes into contact with the coil spring 31 in the storage recess 30, and the coil spring 31 comes into contact with the land portion 29a of the lamp substrate 27, so that the lead wire 21 is electrically connected to the wiring path 29 via the coil spring 31. Is done.
In this case, the coil spring 31 surely comes into contact with the land portion 29a even if the holding member 22 slightly rises above the lamp board 27 due to the variation in the component size.
It has no effect on electrical connections.

[Fourth Embodiment] FIG. 9 shows a fourth embodiment. In the fourth embodiment, the structures of the storage recess 30 and the coil spring 31 are the same as those of the third embodiment, and the structure of the insertion hole 28 is the same as that of the second embodiment. Therefore, also in the case of the fourth embodiment, by inserting the locking portion 26 into the insertion hole 28 and sliding the lead portion 21, the lead wire 21 comes into contact with the coil spring 31 in the storage recess 30, and the coil spring 31 is connected to the lamp substrate 27. Land part 29a
The lead wire 21 is electrically connected to the wiring path 29 via the coil spring 31 because the contact with the lead wire 21 is made. Also in this case, even if the holding member 22 slightly rises above the lamp board 27 due to the variation in the component dimensions, the coil spring 31
Has a reliable contact with the land portion 29a, so that the electrical connection is not affected.

[Fifth Embodiment] FIGS. 10 and 11 show a fifth embodiment. Reference numeral 32 is a sickle-shaped conductive leaf spring, and a portion 33 corresponding to the handle is set in the lamp holder 23 in the vicinity of the through hole 24. In the fifth embodiment as well, as in the first embodiment, the locking portion 26 is inserted into the insertion hole 28 and rotated by 90 degrees. As a result, the lead wire 21 comes into contact with the land portion 29a directly or through the leaf spring 32, and is electrically connected to the wiring path 29. Of course, the insertion hole 28 in the fifth embodiment may be replaced with the insertion hole 28 as in the second embodiment, and the locking portion 26 may be slid after the insertion.

[Sixth Embodiment] FIG. 12 shows a sixth embodiment. The sixth embodiment has a configuration suitable for the case where the wiring path 29 is formed on the back surface side of the lamp substrate 27, and the through hole 24 of the lead wire 21 is formed on the lower surface of the locking portion 26. The lead wire 21 pulled out is wound around the locking portion 26. In this way, similarly to the first embodiment, the locking portion 26 is inserted into the insertion hole 28 and rotated 90 degrees. As a result, the lead wire 21 located on the upper surface side of the locking portion 26 is not connected to the lamp substrate 27.
It makes contact with the land portion 29a on the back surface side and is electrically connected to the wiring path 29. Incidentally, the insertion hole 28 in the sixth embodiment

[Seventh Embodiment] FIGS. 13 and 14 show a seventh embodiment. The seventh embodiment is also suitable for the case where the wiring path 29 is formed on the back surface side of the lamp substrate 27, and the lead wire 2
One through hole 24 is formed on the lower surface of the locking portion 26. 34
Is a cap made of a conductive member, and is attachable to and detachable from the locking portion 26. The lead wire 21 drawn out from the through hole 24 is sandwiched between the locking portion 26 and the cap 34, and is electrically connected to the cap. Similar to the first embodiment, the locking portion 26 is inserted into the insertion hole 28 and rotated 90 degrees. As a result, the cap 34 located on the upper surface side of the locking portion 26 is fixed to the land portion 29 on the rear surface side of the lamp substrate 27.
Since the lead wire 21 is in contact with a, the lead wire 21 is electrically connected to the wiring path 29 through the cap 34. Of course, the insertion hole 28 in the seventh embodiment may be replaced with the insertion hole 28 as in the second embodiment, and the locking portion 26 may be slid after the insertion.

The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, but various modifications can be made within the scope of the present invention. For example, in the first embodiment, the insertion portion 28a has the same shape as the locking portion 26, but the shape is not limited to this. In short, it is locked when the locking portion 26 is inserted and rotated. It suffices that the relationship between the locking portion and the insertion hole is such that the rotation does not have to be 90 degrees. In addition, it suffices if the relationship between the locking portion and the insertion hole is such that it is locked when it is slid. Further, although the projection and the recess for holding the rotation or slide position are provided, it goes without saying that the projection and the recess may not be provided.
