(Prior Art) A belt press type dewatering machine usually uses two filter cloths, one upper and one lower. After gravity dewatering, sludge is squeezed between the upper and lower filter cloths and squeezed by mechanical force. Further squeezing is performed for dehydration work, and the residue is taken out as a dehydrated product, so-called cake. Therefore, not only a dehydrator but also a high squeezing force and a shearing force act on the filter cloth, so that high tensile strength is required. Furthermore, since the surface smoothness and appropriate compactness are required, synthetic resin monofilament is used as warp and Plain weave and twill weave designs used for weft are widely used.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, a filter cloth composed only of monofilaments such as polyester has excellent shape retention and durability, but the material has a thick wire diameter, so the density is coarse, and there are fine particles or adhesiveness. When sludge is treated, sludge enters the confounding points of the filter cloth and the cake peelability is poor, and the SS (floating solids) recovery rate is also reduced. As a countermeasure, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-166173, short fibers are slanted on a mesh-like base cloth, or around the core wire as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1-61912. In the case of double-woven fabrics, weaving composite yarns in which multifilaments are arranged, or in double woven fabrics, the weft density of the lower layer is set to 1/2 or less as the warp density of the upper layer, as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-44693. ing. However, the filter cloth described in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 52-166173 is special and expensive, and the filter cloth described in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 59-44693 has a low water absorption rate. However, in the case of the filter cloth described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 1-61912, since the composite yarn is used as the yarn that closes the weave, additional man-hours are required for producing the composite yarn. However, there is a problem that the cost becomes higher. The present invention is provided for the purpose of eliminating such inconveniences and problems.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has a structure in which a multifilament and a spun yarn are used for a yarn covering a surface layer in a multi-woven fabric having a double weave or more to close an interlacing point. The fine particles are captured by a thread, the entanglement points are blocked, and the sludge is prevented from easily entering the structure to improve the peelability of the cake. The filter cloth of the present invention uses synthetic resin monofilaments for 1/3 or more of the number of warp textures, multifilaments are used for the warp of the surface layer of the fabric, and spun yarn is used for the weft of the surface layer. At least one layer of the weft threads other than the surface layer is a filter cloth for a belt press type dewatering machine, in which a monofilament of synthetic resin is used.

(Function) In the case of a double woven or more multi-woven fabric, the multi-filament covering the surface layer and the spun yarn block the entanglement points of the warp and the weft to trap fine particles and prevent the sludge from passing to the back side. At the same time, cracks in the weft direction are caused in the cake, and peeling is improved. Further, the synthetic resin monofilament disposed on the warp enhances the strength and shape retention of the filter cloth, and the synthetic resin monofilament of the weft threads other than the surface layer enhances rigidity in the weft direction of the filter cloth and stabilizes the shape.

(Embodiment) Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a triple woven structure filter cloth of Example 1, and FIG. 2 is a double woven structure filter cloth of Example 2. The specifications are as shown in the table below.

Further, the following table shows the results of the dehydration test conducted on Example 1 and Comparative Example using the same belt press type dehydrator. In addition, the specifications of the comparative example are a 7/1 cedar twill single woven structure and the warp material is a polyester monofilament with a wire diameter of 0.5 mmφ,
The warp density is 60 / inch, the weft material is polyester monofilament, the wire diameter is 0.8mmφ, and the weft density is 22 /

Here, the SS concentration of the filter cloth cleaning liquid is the amount of suspended solids contained in the filter cloth cleaning liquid 1. As can be seen from the above test results, the SS concentration of the filter cloth cleaning liquid is remarkably good, in other words, it can be said that the sludge remaining on the filter cloth is small and the peelability is good.

(Effects of the device) The cost is low because each material and woven structure are general, and the entanglement point using multifilament for the warp yarn and spun yarn for the weft yarn is used for the yarn covering the surface layer. Since the spun yarn captures the fine particles, the sludge does not enter the tissue and the anchor effect is blocked, and the smoothness of the multifilament is combined with good cake releasability. Furthermore, due to the composition of the warp and weft of the surface layer, when sludge becomes a cake and is conveyed, cracks tend to occur in the weft direction, and there is a lump between the cracks and peeling occurs for each lump. Therefore, the releasability is further improved. In addition, the monofilament arranged on the warp enhances the shape retention of the filter cloth and can withstand the belt tension, and is a multi-woven fabric of double or more weaves, and at least one of the wefts other than the surface layer is a monofilament such as polyester. Since the filter cloth is used, the lateral rigidity of the filter cloth is high and it is difficult to deform,
High durability.
