INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION FIELD The present invention relates to a cloth used in a belt press type dehydrator, in which sludge from water and sewage, excrement, various industrial wastewater, etc. is sandwiched between two cloths and dehydrated under pressure using a pressure belt. Problems that the invention aims to solve Conventionally, belt press type dehydrators have used cloth woven only from monofilament. Although this type of cloth has high rigidity, excellent shape retention, and durability, when processing fine particles or sticky sludge, the sludge tends to remain on the cloth even after passing through the scraper. The removability is poor, and the SS (solid content) recovery rate also decreases. In addition, a cloth woven with open fiber bundle yarns lacks rigidity, resulting in poor shape retention and durability, and also has the drawback of poor sludge releasability. Means for Solving the Problems The present invention solves all these problems. That is, in the present invention, a composite yarn formed by winding a synthetic resin fiber bundle 3 around a core wire 2 made of a synthetic resin monofilament is arranged in the warp, and a synthetic resin monofilament is arranged in the weft, and weaving is carried out by satin weaving. A cloth for a belt press type sludge dehydrator, which has a long warp crimp on the front surface and a weft long crimp on the back surface, and the surface is substantially composed of composite yarns. Regarding. This will be explained below using the drawings. FIGS. 1 and 2 are schematic diagrams showing the structure of a composite yarn 1 in which synthetic resin fiber bundle yarns 3 are arranged around a core wire 2 made of synthetic resin monofilament constituting the cloth of the present invention. As the fiber bundle yarn, multifilament, stable, non-twisted bundle yarn, etc. can be used, and the arrangement thereof is not particularly limited as long as it is arranged around the core wire 2. FIG. 3 is a schematic plan view showing an embodiment of the cloth of the present invention, which is woven in a satin weave using the composite yarn 1 as the warp and the synthetic resin monofilament as the weft. As shown in the figure, the front surface of the cloth is formed by long crimps of composite yarn, and the back surface is formed by long crimps of weft yarns. Compared to monofilament, the fiber bundle threads on the surface of the composite fibers exposed to the surface are much more likely to contain water, so the water between the sludge and the threads acts as a lubricant, improving the sludge releasability. This will lead to better results and a higher SS recovery rate. At the same time, since the core wire of the composite yarn is a monofilament, it has almost the same rigidity as a conventional cloth woven with only monofilaments, so it has excellent shape retention and durability. In addition, in conventional cloth made only of monofilament, a hydrophilic resin is sometimes coated to improve its releasability, but the durability of the effect has been difficult. On the other hand, in the fabric of the present invention, the surface area of the fiber bundle yarn is extremely large, so the adhesion of the resin is good and the effect lasts for a long time. This will further improve performance. It goes without saying that the present invention can also be applied to multiple weave structures such as double weave and triple weave. Example 7/1 irregular satin weave with a polyester monofilament with a diameter of 0.33 mm as a core wire and a polyester fiber bundle yarn wrapped around it, with a composite yarn with an apparent diameter of 0.50 mm as the warp and a polyester monofilament with a diameter of 0.80 mm as the weft. The fabric of the present invention woven with the same specifications and the conventional fabric woven only with monofilament of the same specifications were used to dewater the same digested sludge in the same belt press type dehydrator, and the used fabric was dehydrated. After washing, the SS concentration in the washing water was measured. The higher the SS concentration, the easier it is for sludge to enter the openings of the cloth, indicating that the releasability is poor.

[Table] Effects As detailed above, the fabric of the present invention significantly improves sludge removability and SS recovery rate while maintaining the shape stability and durability that are the characteristics of conventional fabrics. Furthermore, the fact that sludge is difficult to enter into the fabric itself not only makes it possible to reduce the need for fabric washing equipment and shorten washing time, but also makes it possible to increase the speed of the dehydrator. That is, the fabric of the present invention greatly improves the sludge processing ability of the dehydrator.
