(57)【要約】 （修正有） 【目的】 飲料用、食品用缶詰は開口後開口部及び引裂
舌片の周囲部にバリが生じるが、このバリの発生を未然
に防ぐ。 【構成】 缶詰の缶蓋パネル面と引裂舌片部２になるス
コアーライン１に沿うて両面からプレスする事によりバ
リの発生を未然に防ぎ安全で衛生的な缶詰を製作する。

【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】 飲料用及び食品用缶詰。

【従来の技術】 タブにより引裂舌片部を引き上げて、
開口部を作る構造の缶詰で、開口部になる引裂舌片部を
作るために缶詰の上蓋の金属板の上部から内部に向って
片面からのプレスにより製作して居ります。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】 従来の技術で製作さ
れた缶詰は、中味を取り出そうとし又は飲もうとして、
タブを持って、引裂舌片部を引き上げますと開口部の内
部切断面及び引裂舌片部の切断面に、鋭いバリが生じま
す。このバリに手や鼻など接触し動かすとケガをする恐
れが多分にあります。又引裂舌片部をポイと道路などに
捨られゴミ公害となって居ります。ビールの缶詰は、開
口後、引裂舌片部を缶詰の内部に押し込んで中味を飲む
構造になって居りますが之は衛生的に悪く問題になっっ
居ります。かゝる欠点を持った缶詰を改良しようとし
て、引裂舌片部が、缶詰の上蓋に付いたまゝの構造が考
へられますが、今迄の技術でられた缶詰では、反転した
引裂舌片に生じた鋭いバリが、口、鼻 手等を傷つける
恐れがあります。以上の欠点を解決しようとする者であ
ります。

【課題を解決するための手段】 缶詰の開口部になる引
裂舌片部を作る為に、缶詰の上蓋の金属板の上下から、
金属板の内部に向って同じ大きさで鋭角になった鋭い山
形をした金型で、同時にプレスし缶詰の上蓋と引裂舌片
部との接触面を、金属板の中心部に位置する様に製作す
ると、タブをもつて、引裂舌片部を引きあげましてもバ
リが生ずる事がなくなり安全で衛生的な飲料用又は食品
用の缶詰が製作されます。

【発明の効果】 タブを持って引裂舌片部を引きあげて
開口部を作る缶詰でこの発明を利用すれば開口後開口部
及び引裂舌片部の周囲の切断面にバリを生ずる事がなく
なり安全で衛生的な缶詰を生産する事が出来ます。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 缶詰の開口部になる引裂舌片部を作るために、缶詰の上
    蓋の金属板の上下の両面から、金属板の内部に向って、
    同じ大きさで鋭角になった鋭い山形をした金型で、同時
    にプレスし缶詰の上蓋と引裂舌片部との接続面を、金属
    板の中心部に位置する様に製作する技術である。此の技
    術で製作された缶詰
