The moisture that causes dew condensation is contained in the air as water vapor, which is said to be generated from indoor heating appliances, kitchens, building materials such as wood and concrete, washrooms, bathrooms, etc. For example, February 14, 1990

In addition, it is said that the occurrence of ticks is closely related to indoor humidity. According to the investigation of the steam generation place by the present inventor, it was found that steam was also generated from the floor base plate of the building.

Based on such knowledge, the present inventor pursued the cause of generation of water vapor in the floor base plate of a building, and found that the water frozen and melted outdoors in the cold season flows into the floor base plate to prevent a humid condition or a pool of water. I found it to be making. It is considered that such a flow of water into the floor base is caused by the fact that the floor base and the outdoor ground are at the same height.

As means for preventing the occurrence of dew condensation in the building room described above, all of the rooms inside the building are kept at a constant temperature, the temperature difference between each room is made as small as possible, the use of an air conditioning ventilation fan or the enforcement of ventilation by opening windows, etc. (See the Yomiuri Shimbun).

Among the means for preventing the occurrence of dew condensation, the former means for maintaining a constant temperature and eliminating the temperature difference may adopt the central heating method, but since it requires a wide equipment area and a high equipment cost, it is adopted. The number of people is limited, and it is difficult to apply it to ordinary houses.

In addition, although the latter ventilation can be performed immediately even in a general house, using an air-conditioning ventilation fan or opening a window during a cold season when condensation is likely to cause pain due to coldness or coldness. It's very difficult to do.

Means for Solving Problems The means for achieving the above-mentioned object is to form an underfloor sloping ground, which is higher than an outdoor ground, on a floor foundation of a building, and to use the sloping ground for ventilation windows. It means that it will be surrounded by the building foundation for Tsuki.

Action Since the underfloor sloped ground is higher than the outdoor ground, and the center part of the building is high and the peripheral part is formed with a low sloped embankment, it becomes difficult to form water pools and humid parts, and drainage is improved. And the underfloor sloped ground is constantly ventilated by the ventilation window.

Example A building 1 is an example showing an outline of a wooden house, and is built on a building foundation 5. Floor base 2 is outdoor ground 3
Although it is on the same level as and the same horizontal plane, an inclined floor 4 under the floor is formed on the upper surface thereof. The underfloor sloped ground 4 is formed by embankment with earth and sand suitable for washing sand and other uses. The embankment is sloping embankment with a high central part corresponding to the lower part of the building ridge and a low peripheral part ∧ Shaped into a chevron shape (first and second illustrations) or a quadrangular pyramid shape (third illustration) to prevent water pooling and to improve drainage. When the floor foundation 2 is left at the same height as the outdoor foundation 3 and a building foundation 5 is constructed, and a ventilation window 6 is opened in the foundation, where the rainwater that has fallen from the ventilation window 6 onto the floor foundation 2 is located. Because it can not escape, it creates a water pool even if it is a little, or creates a humid part even if it can not be said to be a water pool.In addition, snowmelt water, melted ice water, etc. Similarly, a water pool or humid part is created, water vapor is actively generated, and it causes the inconvenience that it causes condensation on the base, the lower part of the pillar, etc., and eventually mold, so as described above, on the floor base plate 2 of the building 1. Underground sloping ground 4 is formed by embankment. Therefore, the underfloor sloped ground 4 is the building 1
The upper part of the ventilation window 6 is high, and the peripheral part is low. The height of the peripheral part is made equal to the lower edge of the ventilation window 6 (illustrated in the figure), or the lower edge of the ventilation window 6 Is slightly raised so that it faces the ventilation window 6 (not shown) to prevent water pools. The building foundation 5 is a well-known concrete foundation, and a ventilation window 6 is opened at an appropriate portion to enable ventilation under the floor so that it can be used for drying under the floor. Foundation 5
Is constructed on the floor base plate 2 as in the illustrated example, or it is optional to construct concrete higher than the floor base plate 2 by placing concrete in the excavation groove as in known construction means.

次に床下傾斜地盤4の盛土形成手段を説明する。Next, the embankment forming means of the underfloor inclined ground 4 will be described.

When the building 1 is a new construction, after constructing the building foundation 5, if the noise during the loading and unloading of the civil engineering machine and the work does not disturb the neighborhood, the civil engineering machine (for example, belt conveyors, If you are using other equipment such as rubber hoses, etc. and the use of civil engineering machinery or other power sources is a nuisance to your neighborhood, you may need to trash the sand, or carry other things such as sandbags or sandbags. Embankment is formed by transportation according to the work site.

If the building 1 is already built, remove the tatami mat or rug as shown in Fig. 4 and strip or cut the floorboard so that the use of civil engineering machinery or other power machinery will not bother the neighborhood. The machine is used (the illustrated example is a belt conveyor, but other rubber hoses, etc.). In this case, in order to prevent soil and sand from scattering and contaminating the floor plate, work is performed using a scattering prevention cover from the carry-out end of the machinery to the floor plate opening. Such an operation is carried out at several places to form the underfloor sloped ground 4 for embankment. If the use of the civil engineering machinery or other power machinery causes troubles in the neighborhood, the soil is carried by using a garnish, a unicycle, or the like, and the soil is filled from the floor plate opening portion to the floor below. In this case, use a walkboard from the front or back entrance of Building 1,
To prevent floorboards, tatami mats, and rugs from being contaminated with earth and sand, lay leather and use a walking board on the leather.
The sand is not limited to being carried by bats and unicycles, but sand bags, sandbags, etc. may be used according to the work site.

Effect of the Invention Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the sloped ground under the floor improves drainage and prevents water pools and humid parts from forming. Therefore, generation of water vapor from the floor base plate is suppressed, and the underfloor can be kept in a dry state. Further, since the underfloor inclined ground is ventilated by the ventilation window, the dry condition under the floor is further improved. Therefore, there is no need to worry about the formation of dew on the floor such as the base or the lower part of the pillar, the occurrence of mold due to the condensation, and the concern about the occurrence of mites due to high humidity in the room.
