2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a crack or a hole is opened in a conduit or a small sewer pipe buried in the ground and water leakage occurs, it is excavated from the surface of the ground to find a defective portion, Had been repaired or replaced. However, recently, a technology has been developed to detect a defective part from the inner surface by inserting a small TV camera into the duct through a manhole, and this technology has made it possible to detect the defective part and inspect the defective state. Repair technology from the inside of the pipeline has also been developed. As an example thereof, as shown in FIG. 1, a cylindrical body (wheel tube) 10 (shown in FIG. 2) whose both ends are closed is provided with a cylindrical sliding member 11 on the circumference of both ends. Insert into line 1. As shown in FIG. 2, a rubber tube 20 is loosely fitted to the outer circumference of the cylindrical body 10 over its entire length, and both ends of the rubber tube are tightly fixed to the cylindrical body 10 by tightening tools 16 as shown in FIG. There is. A repair material 21 impregnated with a curable resin binder is loosely wrapped around the rubber tube 20. This device is inserted up to the defective portion of the pipe line 1. At that time, one end of the tow rope is attached to the tow ring 15 of the front end portion 12 of the cylindrical body, the air hose 13 is connected to the air hose connecting pipe at the rear end, and the tow rope is pulled to the defective portion as a whole or towed. If the rope cannot be used, attach the push-fitting mouthpiece to the air hose connecting pipe and push the device to the defective part. When the rubber tube 20 is inflated so as to contact the inner surface of the conduit 1 and pressurize the inner surface by supplying air of a required pressure with the air hose 13, the repair material 21 wound on the outer side is the rubber tube 20 and the conduit. It is pressed against the inner surface of No. 1 and adheres closely. The inflated state of the rubber tube 20 at this time is shown in FIG.
As shown in (a), (b), (c), and (d) are in a sufficiently expanded state, and the repair material 21 is pressed against the inner surface of the conduit 1 for a certain period of time. The repair material hardens and becomes a state in which it adheres closely to the inner surface of the conduit. After the complete curing, the air in the cylindrical body 10 is evacuated and the device is taken out from the manhole to complete the repair. This method is generally referred to as EPR (Engineering Plastic Pipe Repai
r) Called the construction method.

The expansion / compression type repair method by the EPR method as described above is a conduit repair method which is very simple and has a good finish.
As shown in Fig. 1, the attachment joint 3 of the attachment pipe 2 that is absolutely necessary for collecting water in the sewer pipe or the like will block the hole that is the attachment portion in the expansion / compression type repair device of Fig. 1. It is not applicable, and in the case of the inverted T-shaped repair device shown in FIG. 3 in advance, since there is a convex portion at the center,
The convex portion obstructs the insertion into the pipe, and during the repair work, it is necessary to lift the repair device to the position of the mounting pipe, and the repair material attached to the repair device is also shown in FIG. Because of the open-ended hat type,
It is often the case in this field to develop and provide an efficient repair device and repair method for the joint part of the mounting pipe where the repair material is often not properly covered at the joint part of the mounting pipe, and defects such as leakage and damage are most likely to occur. It was the biggest challenge.

The repair material 21 is a reinforcing material composed of glass fiber, other carbon fiber, Kepler fiber, etc., and a resin binder which is an engineered plastic resin such as unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, emulsion resin, etc., especially in water channels. The repair is a matte product that is impregnated with an underwater curable resin binder, and is a synthetic resin product that has a constant strength with respect to directionality. Various repair materials can be combined depending on the size and strength of the target defect. This repair material is used by stacking one or more sheets, and the number of sheets is adjusted depending on the size of the defect. Examples thereof include one in which three ordinary glass cloths and two cotton-like glass cloths (waterproof mats) are alternately stacked and used as one set. In repairing the attachment joint of the defective attachment pipe, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 12, the repair device is pulled in and repaired at the location of the attachment joint of the defective attachment pipe. As shown in FIG. 7, the repair device is preferably a repair device which is provided at the central portion of the rubber tube 20 and is provided with unevenness 20 ′ at a portion located at the attachment joint portion 3 of the attachment tube 2. Rubber tube 2
As shown in FIG. 8, the repair material 21 of the present invention is loosely wound on the outer side of 0, and the repair material 21 of the present invention is wound around the central portion 20 'of the rubber tube.
It is arranged so that the central portion 21 'of the is fitted. Air of a required pressure is supplied from an air hose 13 through a pressurized air inlet 14 attached to the inner surface of the cylindrical body 10 of the repair device to inflate the rubber tube 20 so as to contact the inner surface of the conduit 1 and pressurize the inner surface. Then, the repair material 21 wound on the outer side is pressed between the rubber tube 20 and the inner surface of the conduit 1 to be in close contact,
Further, the rubber pipe 20 'positioned directly below the attachment joint of the attachment pipe lifts the repair material 21' and rises into the attachment pipe, and the thread serving as the opening / closing means of the opening is cut by the expansion pressure of the rubber pipe, and the repair material 21 and 21 'are securely crimped to the mounting tube 2 and its joint 3. Rubber tubes 20 and 2
When 0'swells and the repair materials 21 and 21 'are brought into close contact with the joint portion of the mounting pipe in the pipeline and repaired, they are wound around the outer circumference of the rubber pipe of the repair device as shown in FIGS. 8 to 12. The repair material 21 first swells outward from the central part in order, and at the same time, the water between the rubber tube 20 and the inner surface of the pipe 1 is extruded to the outside, and the rubber pipe 20 and the pipe 1 and the mounting state in an anhydrous state. The inner surface of the pipe 2 comes into direct contact therewith, so that the repair material 21 comes into direct contact with the inner surfaces of the conduit 1 and the mounting pipe 2. At this time, when the pressure rubber tube 20 is provided with the unevenness 20 ′ in the center thereof, it easily swells and easily enters the mounting tube, and the repair material 21 is easily crimped to the mounting tube 2 and the joint portion 3. However, it can be repaired. At that time, if the repair material 21 of the present invention is further applied, the central opening 21 ′ of the repair material 21.
Since it is closed by the opening / closing device at the beginning, when the rubber tube swells and enters the mounting tube, the repair material can be surely introduced into the mounting tube, and the repair of the mounting tube and the mounting joint can be performed reliably and easily. It can be done. After the repair material 21 crimped to the inside of the pipe line 1, the mounting pipe 2, and the joint portion 3 thereof is completely cured, the air in the cylindrical body 10 is evacuated, and the rubber tube 20 is returned to the original state.
The repair is completed by deflating to 0 and pulling the tow rope or air hose to remove the repair device from the manhole. In the repair device, the inner diameter of the conduit can be cleaned when adjusting the outer diameter of the sliding material 11 to a size according to the inner diameter of the conduit 1 when the device is retracted into the conduit 1. By improving the adhesive strength of 21 or by making the winding width of the repair material 21 narrower than the width of the rubber tube 20, the edge of the repair material after repair becomes thin and has a rounded shape. Therefore, it can be appropriately performed such that a wire is not caught when it is inserted.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Next, the repairing device of the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings, but this does not limit the present invention. As shown in FIG. 7, a rubber tube 20 is loosely fitted over the entire length of the outer circumference of a cylindrical body (foil tube) 10 (FIG. 2) whose both ends are closed. As shown in FIG. 8, using a repair device in which a plurality of concavo-convex concavo-convex shapes of concavities and convexities 20 'are provided at the portion of the inside of the road 1 located at the joint 3 of the mounting pipe 2, as shown in FIG. The repair material 21 shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 is loose because it consists of three glass fibers and two fluffy glass fibers (waterproof mat) alternately laminated on the periphery and impregnated with a water-curable resin. It is wrapped around. This repair material 2
The convex circular tube opening 21 'in the central portion of 1 is closed with a thread and is arranged at a portion located in the rubber tube 20'. Then
Air is blown from the air hose 13 through the pressurized air injection port 14 installed in the cylindrical body. FIG. 9 shows a state in which pressurized air injection is started. ′ Bulges and rises together with the repair material 21 ′ on its outer circumference. At that time, the mouth is closed. When pressurized air is further injected, the repair material 21 comes into close contact with the inside of the conduit 1 and the attachment joint portion 3 of the attachment pipe 2 as shown in FIG. 10, and as shown in FIG. Continues to expand, and due to the pressure, opening and closing thread 2
2 breaks, and the repair material 21 is securely crimped inside the mounting pipe. After the repair material 21 is brought into close contact with the inside of the pipe line 1, the inside of the mounting pipe 2 and the inside of the joint portion 3 thereof, as shown in FIG. 10, the pressure is reduced to remove air, and the rubber pipe 20 is deflated and repaired. Is completed. In using the repairing material 21 of the present invention, the rubber tube 20 is provided with a concavo-convex structure having a plurality of concentric circular peaks a, valleys b and peaks c in its central portion 20 'as shown in FIG. Since the portion is easily inflated by the pressurized air, the shape of the repair material of the present invention and the mechanism of the opening allow the repair material to be crimped to the attachment pipe and its joint very easily. Will be beautiful.
