Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the partial repairing method of an existing conduit and its necessary jig, capable of partially repairing the existing conduit with a partial damage part with a fixing tubing with shape recoverableness. SOLUTION: This is a partial repairing method for an existing conduit 3 having a partially damaged part with thermoplastic resinous repair tubing 1, and as this repairing tubing 1, such one as being deformed so as to make a sectional external area decrease in a state that such a capacity as is shape- recovered to a cylinder body at a shape memory temperature is imparted, is used, which consists of the following three processes that the repairing tubing 1 is inserted into the damaged part 3A, the repairing tubing 1 is heated by the shape memory temperature from the inside and thereby being recovered to the original cylinder body, and this cylinder body 1' is expanded by air pressurization from the inside in an afterheat state and then being air-cooled whereby a regenerated pipe is formed in the damaged part 3A of the existing conduit 3.

1. A method for repairing an existing pipeline having a damaged part with a repair pipe made of a thermoplastic resin, wherein the repair pipe has a cylindrical shape at a shape memory temperature. A step of inserting the repair pipe into the damaged part of the existing pipeline, using a piece deformed so as to reduce the cross-sectional outer area in a state where the shape recovery performance is given to the body, A step of heating the tube material to a shape memory temperature from the inside to recover the shape to a substantially original cylindrical body, then expanding the cylindrical body by applying air pressure from the inside in a residual heat state, and then cooling the air by air cooling. A method for repairing a part of an existing pipeline, comprising a step of forming a rehabilitation pipe in a damaged portion of the existing pipeline.
