A mixed molded product composed of a surfactant, a fragrance, a dye and the like is placed in a tank for washing water of a toilet bowl, a hand-washing section on the upper portion or a container suspended on the toilet bowl surface, and Most of the chemicals that dissolve the water in washing water little by little suppress the dissolution rate of the chemicals that are relatively soluble in water by the action of a special container or dissolver. The chemicals are solid at room temperature but contact with water. Then, it easily softens and loses its shape, so it is difficult to use it without storing it in a container.

[0004] Further, a drug containing a surfactant or a water-soluble polymer, which is relatively insoluble in water as a main component, is less likely to be softened, and has a dissolution adjusting function to some extent, is marketed. However, these drugs have the property of swelling and becoming large in volume when they come into contact with water during use, and it is necessary to secure a large drug storage space in the container. These medicines have a problem in that a dissolver and a container, which are not directly related to the performance of the medicine, are expensive, and the container is disposable, so that resources are wasted and dust is generated.

In addition, these chemicals also have the drawback that the amount of the chemicals dissolved in the wash water greatly varies in terms of performance, depending on the elapsed time after the start of use of the chemicals and the interval of use of the toilet bowl.
Furthermore, when the amount of drug dissolved becomes small and the container is discarded, the drug that remains slightly absorbs water and softens, and then flows out of the container, leaving the toilet bowl, toilet floor, worker's clothes and hands. Trouble such as getting dirty easily occurs.

On the other hand, a mixed molded product composed of a surface active agent, a fragrance, a pigment, etc., is directly put into a tank of flush water of a toilet bowl,
The chemicals that are dissolved little by little in the wash water are mainly composed of surfactants and water-soluble polymers that are relatively insoluble in water. The dyes, the fragrances, and other active ingredients contained therein are dissolved in the wash water as well as being dissolved one by one. Therefore, the cost is relatively low because no dissolver or container is used,
Since there is no need for drug replacement, troubles are less likely to occur during replacement. However, the variation in the amount of the drug dissolved in the wash water due to the elapsed time after the start of use of the drug and the use interval of the toilet bowl is larger than that of the type of drug in which the dissolution rate of the drug is suppressed in the dissolver or the container. Further, since the chemical absorbs water in the washing water tank and swells or softens, troubles such as obstructing the operation of the washing water outflow device are likely to occur.

In the toilet bowl cleaner of the present invention, since the molded article itself has a dissolution control function, it is not necessary to use a special dissolver or container, and it is simple to use the dissolver or container. The structure is enough. In addition, since there is no softening or swelling due to contact with water, it is possible to downsize the dissolver and container, and when disposing of the container and medicine, troubles such as soiling the toilet bowl, toilet floor, worker's clothes and hands etc. occur. It has excellent properties that do not occur.

The concentration of the solid acid is 40 to 95% by weight, preferably 60 to
90% by weight. The concentration of surfactant particles in the compact is 5
When the content is less than 10% by weight, the concentration of the surfactant becomes low, so that the concentration of the surfactant in the wash water when the agent is dissolved in the wash water is too low to exert a sufficient washing effect, and the concentration of the solid acid is 4%.
When the content is 0% by weight or less, the inclusion of the surfactant particles by the solid acid becomes insufficient, so that the dissolution control of the drug becomes insufficient.

The molded body containing the surfactant particles and the solid acid which are solid at room temperature according to the present invention has a structure in which the surfactant particles are contained in the solid acid, and therefore, even if the molded body comes into contact with water Because the contact between the surfactant particles and water is restricted, softening and swelling of the mixed particles are suppressed, and the elution of the surfactant and various active ingredients added to the surfactant particles is controlled stably for a long period of time. Variation in drug elution concentration due to the length of the use interval is reduced. In addition, since the shape of the molded body does not change due to swelling or softening, it can be used without storing it in a container, and when it is stored in a container or a dissolver and used, dissolution adjustment with a dissolver with a simple structure is possible. Yes, downsizing of the dissolver is possible.

In order to dissolve the solid drug evenly in small amounts over a long period of time, only a part of the drug is brought into contact with water, and as the part is dissolved, the drug is supplied and the amount of the drug in contact with water is always constant. In this method, for example, the drug is stored in a cylindrical container and only a part of the lower part of the drug is brought into contact with water. When the drug is dissolved, the drug on the upper part comes down and comes into contact with water again. The method is suitable and has been proposed and put to practical use in the past. Since the drug of the present invention does not undergo deformation such as swelling or softening due to contact with water, it can be used in a dissolver of this type, and when such a dissolver is used, it has a function of controlling dissolution of the drug. It exerts more stable drug solubility by synergistic action.
