When performing welding work or bolt connection work by connecting steel columns to each other or connecting steel columns to beam steel frames, install a work machine such as an automatic welding machine or a scaffold to secure a work space for workers. Is required. As such a scaffold, the stationary type shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 59-8442 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-71643 is used, but such a conventional one is complicated to mount and remove and has a heavy weight. However, since this scaffold is usually formed to be wider than the steel column, if it is directly attached to the steel column of the curtain wall construction portion, it will largely project from the outer peripheral surface.
As a result, when the curtain wall is installed, it is necessary to hang the panel member with a crane so that it does not come into contact with the scaffolding. is there.

If the scaffolding is removed during the construction of the curtain wall, this kind of inconvenience will not occur, but in order to do so, the work of connecting the steel frame and the construction of the curtain wall must be completely separated, and both can proceed simultaneously. It is inefficient because it cannot be done.

そこで、実開昭59-74235号公報や実開昭59-28148号公報

Therefore, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 59-74235 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 59-28148, a scaffolding plate is pivotally supported by a hinge structure on the side of a steel column, and the scaffolding plate is placed around the working position around this pivotal support. There is shown a rotary type which is capable of rotating and displacing.

According to this, the scaffolding plate is displaced to the outside opposite to the floor side of the pillar to be welded so as not to interfere with the welding work between the pillars and the mounting work of the outer wall (including the curtain wall) to the pillar. can do.

However, this rotary type is heavy because the hinge part has a large structure in terms of load characteristics, and since it has to be rotated every time according to the work place except the curtain wall construction part, it works compared to the stationary type. Inferior in nature. For this reason, there is a disadvantage that the stationary type and the rotary type must be used together at the work site.

The object of the present invention is to solve the inconvenience that the stationary type and the rotary type of the conventional example must be used in combination, the mounting position of the scaffolding can be easily changed, and the mounting and dismounting of the scaffolding are easy and lightweight. It is to provide a scaffolding device that is easy to handle.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a ridge on one side in the longitudinal direction of the scaffolding plate to form the entire length of the side end as a locking portion, while the ridge of the scaffolding plate is formed on the outer periphery of the steel column. A support part is formed by the downward opening into which the scaffold plate is inserted and the support part on which the lower surface of the scaffold plate side end is placed immediately below, and the scaffold plate is horizontally slidably engaged with the steel column using this support part as a guide. However, the handrails provided so as to surround the outer periphery of the scaffolding plate other than the side that engages with the steel columns are formed by arranging a suitable number of unit handrails that are detachable and / or retractable. Is the gist.

According to the present invention, the support is first attached to the steel column, and the protrusion on the side surface on the side of the scaffold is inserted into the downward opening of this support and pressed in parallel so that the scaffold is immediately below. The bottom surface of the plate-side end rests on the supporting portion, and the ridges of the scaffolding plate can engage the scaffolding plate horizontally and slidably with respect to the steel column using the supporting portion as a guide.

With respect to such a mounting bracket 10, the end member 3a of the scaffolding plate 2 is slanted as shown by the chain line in FIG. 7 so that the ridges 4 can be inserted into the horizontal groove portion 15 first, and then the whole is vertical. In other words, if it is installed so as to raise a shoji screen, the lower surface of the end member 3a can be entirely placed on the horizontal portion 17. In this example, the horizontal groove 15 is formed by the angle member 13, but it may be a channel member. Further, the horizontal support portion 17 is also formed of the angle member 13, but as described above, if the member 3a is installed so as to raise a shoji, a channel material may be applied and an upward opening may be used instead of the horizontal portion. Incidentally, according to the shoji construction method of this example, it is convenient to attach and detach the scaffolding plate from the front of the mounting bracket 10, but instead of the horizontal plate 16 an upward opening is formed and the lower end member of the scaffolding plate is made into this upward opening. The scaffolding plate can be attached from the side of the mounting member so as to be engaged.

The lower part of the end member is pressed against the mounting member 12 by the weight of the scaffolding plate, and the angle member 13 supports the upward force applied to the upper part. Therefore, when the mounting substrate 12 is vertical, the end member 3a does not come off from the mounting bracket 10, but as shown in FIG. 8, the through hole 5 of the end member 3a and the through hole 19 on the mounting bracket 10 side are aligned with each other. Then, the rod 20 is inserted into these through holes 5 and 19, and the lower end is screwed into the screw hole 19, so that the scaffold plate 2 is fixed to the mounting member 10. The rod may be fixed by forming a keyhole instead of the screw hole 19, and providing a projection at the tip of the rod that can be inserted through the keyhole and winding a spring above the rod. By doing so, the rod can be fixed and released by pressing and rotating the rod, which facilitates the operation. If necessary, the set screw 22 holds the head of the ridge 4 to prevent rattling.

Although the handrail 23 in this example is attachable to and detachable from the socket 6, it may be movable up and down with respect to the scaffolding plate, or may be a tilting type that falls down with respect to the outside of the scaffolding plate. Also, these eclectic types may be used.

Note that the relationship between the scaffolding plate 2 and the steel column 1 is determined by which position of the end member 3a is used to fix the scaffolding plate 2, but the scaffolding plate 2 can be freely slid in either the left or right direction. It is also possible to increase the number of the through holes 5 and lock them in multiple stages.

As described above, the scaffolding device of the present invention can exhibit the conventional stationary type and rotary type functions by itself. Further, the scaffolding plate can be easily coupled by a method of inserting a shoji into the support part on the side of the steel frame. Moreover, since the scaffolding plate is supported by only one mounting bracket serving as the support part, it is a large scale. In addition, it is easy to attach and remove and easy to handle.

In this way, since the scaffolding plate slides with respect to the steel columns, a large movement can be obtained, and even if there is a steel beam during this movement, it is possible to deal with it by appropriately removing the handrail, and only joining the steel columns together. It can also be used for joining steel columns and steel beams.
