ものでないと、痛んだり、すぐ外れたりする。ブリッジ
にした場合は、両側の歯を削らなければならず、その削
った所が新たな虫歯の原因になることもある。インプラ
ントの問題点は、手術が技術的に難しいために、事故
と、それにともなう色々な後遺症が心配されていること
である。本発明は、まったく新しい方法で欠損歯を埋め
るものであり、従来の入れ歯、ブリッジ、インプラント
などの問題点を解決するだけでなく、自分自身の歯で、
欠損歯を再生することが可能である。構造は、支柱1
と、支柱とネジを介し十字に接した挿入器2と、挿入器
の先端に接続された植生歯3によって構成されている。
支柱1は、欠損歯の両側の、支えになる2本の歯の間隔
に応じて長さを調節できるように、2つないし3つの部
分に分けられ、ネジによって接続されている。そして、
支柱はそれのみを欠損歯の両側の歯の間に、いわば、つ
っかい棒として渡すことで、欠損歯の両側の歯が移動す
るのを予防するために用いることもできる。以下に、箇
