2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 2 shows an example of a conventional gas water heater capable of pouring hot water into a bathtub. In FIG. 2, 1 is a gas source valve, 2 is a gas proportional control valve, and 3 is a burner. 4 is a heat exchanger,
5 is a water flow switch, 6 is a bathtub, 7 is a water valve for pouring hot water into the bathtub 6, 8 is a water amount sensor for detecting the amount of hot water poured into the bathtub 6, 9 is a control device for controlling this water heater, and 20 is heat. Reference numeral 21 denotes a pouring pipe branching from the outlet pipe of the exchanger 4 and pouring the molten metal into the bathtub 6 via the water valve 7, and 21 is a plug pipe branching from the outlet pipe of the heat exchanger 4 and supplying hot water to another tap. When pouring into the bathtub 6 with this water heater, the pouring amount is set by the control device 9, and if the start of pouring is instructed, the water valve 7 opens and the fact that water has flowed into the pouring pipe 20 The switch 5 detects and sends a signal to the controller 9, which opens the gas source valve 1 and the gas proportional control valve 2 to burn the burner 3 and heat the heat exchanger 4. Then, the hot water heated through the heat exchanger 4 is poured into the bathtub 6. At this time, the water amount sensor 8 measures the pouring amount into the bathtub 6, and when the set pouring amount is reached, pouring is stopped so that pouring into the bathtub 6 is possible.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the water heater of the present invention causes the water amount sensor to detect hot water supply with another plug, and the amount of pouring water into the bathtub depends on the timing of opening the water valve and other factors. The calculation is performed based on the change in the amount of water due to the stopper, and the pouring can be stopped when the set amount is reached.

The operation of the gas water heater configured as above will be described below. In the case of hot water supply with the other tap 19, when the water tap is opened, water flows through the heat exchanger 13 and the other tap pipe 21, and the water amount sensor 14 detects the amount of water, and the sequence control circuit 17 ignites by this signal. If the flow rate equal to or more than the amount of water is determined, the control unit 17 opens the gas source valve 10 and the gas proportional control valve 11 to ignite the burner 12, heat the water that has entered the heat exchanger 13, and supply hot water from the other plug 19.

Further, when pouring into the bathtub 15, first set the pouring amount in the pouring circuit 18, and when instructing to start pouring, the water valve 16 opens,
The burner 12 burns to obtain hot water in the same manner as the case of the other plug 19, and the hot water is poured into the bathtub 15 via the hot water pipe 20. Also at this time, the pouring circuit operates such that the water passing through the heat exchanger 13 is measured by the water amount sensor 14 and the water valve 16 is closed when the set amount of water is reached. Here, when the pouring water to the bathtub 15 is used alone, the pouring amount can be determined only by simple measurement of the water amount sensor 14, but when used simultaneously with the other stopper 19, the pouring amount can be measured by simple measurement. Is less than the set pouring amount. In order to approximate the pouring amount to the set pouring amount, the water amount is sampled at fixed short time intervals and the change in the flow rate is detected. For example, the water amount sensor 14 detects the water amount before the water valve 16 opens. If not, the amount of water detected at the time when the water valve 16 is opened is the amount of pouring into the bathtub 15, and the set pouring amount can be obtained by time management with respect to the pouring amount. In addition, if the amount of water before the water valve 16 opens is flowing from the other tap 19, the amount of water increased when the water valve 16 opens will increase.
It is the pouring amount to 15, and this also allows the set pouring amount to be obtained by time management. Even when the other plug 19 is opened at the same time as pouring into the bathtub 15, the flow rate Q flowing into the pouring pipe 20 is almost fixed due to the characteristics of the water heater, and the flow rate detected by the water amount sensor 14 is equal to or higher than Q. If so, it is possible to determine that the other plug 19 is being used, and even if the other plug 19 is opened / closed while pouring into the bathtub 15, the other plug is still being used due to fluctuations in the flow rate detected by the water amount sensor 14. Whether or not it is possible is possible, and it is possible to perform pouring close to the set pouring amount.

When the appliance starts operating, it is first determined from above the water amount sensor 14 whether or not the amount of ignition water is greater than or equal to the amount of ignition water. Next, it is determined whether or not there is a pouring instruction to the bathtub 15, and if there is no instruction, the water valve 16 is closed and the accumulated pouring water amount is reset. For example, assuming that the pouring instruction is canceled during pouring, the reset is performed so as not to affect the integration at the time of the next pouring. If there is a pouring instruction, monitor the fluctuation of the water volume measured by the water volume sensor 14,
If there is no fluctuation, the amount of water is simply integrated over time, the integrated amount is compared with the set amount, and if the set amount is reached, the water valve 16 is closed and pouring is completed. Open the valve to start or continue pouring. If there is a change in the water amount, a correction calculation of the integrated water amount is performed, and then it is compared with the set amount to determine whether to close or open the water valve 16.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention as described above, the pouring circuit that receives the passing water amount signal of the heat exchanger detected by the water amount sensor determines the water amount of the simultaneous hot water supply by the other plug at the time of hot water supply in the bathtub,
There is no need to use a water amount sensor that detects the amount of hot water in the bathtub, which saves work and resources, and because it is possible to continue hot water supply to the bathtub at the same time as hot water for other taps, pouring water into the bathtub close to the set pouring amount is possible. Hot water can be supplied quickly and automatically.
