の背部分へ横穴1bを加工する場合、抜き孔用雄金型2と
抜き孔用雌金型2aとを設けて、該雌金型の上に留置針1
を乗せて孔明け位置を該雌金型の抜き孔2cに合わせて
後、該雄金型2をプレスして抜き孔である横穴1bを該針
の内壁から形成しているので、その加工バリが該針の表
面に向き出て穿刺がスムーズでなかったり、その横穴1b
それ以外の個所への横穴の加工は出来なかった。
