固定されており、この固定された枠体に固定障子3が室
外側から嵌込まれて取付けられるようになっている。障
子3は上取付枠7、下取付枠15および縦取付枠25よ
りなる取付枠に嵌殺しに取付けられている。そして上取
付枠7の上面にはラッチ8がビス11により固定されて
いる。このラッチ8は図1に示すように室内側に傾斜し
た傾斜部9とビス止めされる基部10からなり、開口部
に嵌込まれた時に上枠4の下面に形成された溝状の被係
止部12の室外側の縁部13によって弾性変形されて図
2に示すように溝状の被係止部12に嵌合した後、弾性
復帰してラッチ8が係止固定されるように構成されてい
る。また下取付枠15の下面には図1に示すように切欠
部17を設けたスペーサー16がビス18によって取付
けられている。このスペーサー16は下枠5の上面に形
成された嵌合溝部19に嵌合し、図2に示すように切欠
部17が嵌合溝部19の室外側縁部に当接して固定され
るようになっている。そして障子3を枠体内に嵌合して
建込むには図1に示すようにまず下取付枠15のスペー
サー16を下枠5の嵌合溝部19に嵌込み、次いで障子
3の上取付枠7を押圧してラッチ8の弾性力に抗して、
下部のスペーサー16を中心に図1の矢印のように回動
させて上枠4の被係止部12にラッチ8を嵌合させて図
