Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the construction of a glass fiber mat by forming a lug in the lower end, to which a glass paper and/or a glass cloth is attached, and pinching the lug-formed end in a connection part of a metal folded structure. CONSTITUTION:A glass paper 2 is attached to one surface of a glass fiber mat main body 1. A glass cloth 3 is attached to the other surface of the glass fiber mat main body 1. Each end M of the glass cloth 3 is projected by a length (h) in a range of 25-80mm to form a lug, and a glass fiber mat at 10-25mm of thickness is formed. At the time of execution, the end M of the glass fiber mat formed with a lug is pinched in a connection part of a folded structure such as roof material and wall material, and fastened.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for constructing a glass fiber mat lined with a metal folding structure used for a roof material or a wall material of a building. Metal plates having a folded structure are generally used as auxiliary materials for roofs, ceilings, floors, walls of building structures, vehicles, ships, etc., and their interiors and exteriors. In recent years, from the viewpoints of air conditioning, energy saving, and environmental protection of structures, the demand for various properties such as heat insulation, nonflammability, corrosion resistance, dewproofness, and soundproofing has also increased for those auxiliary materials. Also, in this case, there is an increasing number of cases in which a blanket made of a resin foam or a felt-like material is lined to satisfy these demands.

[0002] Conventionally, as a blanket backing a folded plate metal plate, urethane foam mats and polyethylene homes have been widely used because they are light and have good workability and excellent heat insulation, but they are gradually used because they are flammable. Are limited. Therefore, inorganic fibers such as asbestos, rock wool and glass fibers have come to be often used as non-combustible materials. On the other hand, as a method of sticking these blankets to a metal plate having a fold plate structure, a flat metal and a blanket are previously bonded with an adhesive, and then this is fold-repressed with a forming roll to form a backing fold plate. There are two methods: a so-called pre-attachment construction method for forming a structure and a post-attachment construction method in which a blanket dimensioned to a folded metal plate that has been previously folded is adhered later.

[0003] The pre-attachment method is excellent in continuous factory production and local workability, but a blanket made of inorganic fiber is liable to be broken due to poor flexibility of the fiber itself, and there is no restorability in a portion compressed by a forming roll. There was a defect that the thickness could not be obtained, and the heat insulating property and the dew condensation property of the structure were deteriorated and dust was easily generated. In this respect, the retrofitting method eliminates such drawbacks, but has a drawback of low workability because it is a construction method of cutting and adhering on site. Therefore, it has been proposed to cover one or both sides of an inorganic fiber mat with an organic non-woven fabric or film (JP-A-57-7889, JP-B-58-10227).
However, none of them are satisfied with respect to the letterpress processing in terms of material breakage and restorability, and the latter is also insufficient in nonflammability.

Recently, attention has been paid to a so-called goby tightening method as a boltless method for shortening on-site construction time as a construction method for a metal folding structure, especially a folding roof. In this goby tightening method, even when a blanket in which one or both sides of an inorganic fiber mat is coated with an organic nonwoven fabric or a film is adhered, the nonflammability is still insufficient, and its improvement has been demanded. The present inventors, for example, in the so-called goby tightening method, as a result of diligent research and study on a method of performing a non-combustible metal folding structure with a method excellent in on-site construction, as a result, a glass fiber that solves the conventional defects The present invention has been completed by finding a method for constructing a mat.

In the present invention, the edge-out end portion is sandwiched between the connection portions of the metal folding structure, and specifically, in the goby tightening method, the edge-out edge portion is sandwiched at the same time. It is done by tightening. Further, the sandwiching is not limited to goose tightening, and for example, a groove is provided in the longitudinal direction at an intermediate portion in the lateral direction of the metal folding structure, and an appropriate inclusion such as a columnar glass mat is provided in the groove. Similar objectives can be achieved by packing.
