もたらす。 .荷受けコンベヤーの搬出部側へと搬送されてきた根
菜類は当該搬出部の下から隙間を通過してくる各噴射ノ
ズルから噴射される水又は空気又は水と空気との混合水
の噴射力により押し上げられながら効果的に揉みほぐさ
れることから、効果的に且つ確実に取りほぐすことがで
きる。従って、本発明の絡みほぐし装置によれば、根毛
同士が互いに絡み合っている根菜類を荷受けコンベヤー
上にて確実に取りほぐしながら、同コンベヤーの排出部
側から搬出コンベヤーへと1本づつ移乗させて槽外に搬
出することができることから、次に行なわれる例えば洗
浄工程における洗浄効果とその作業性の能率アップを図
り得、ひいてはこの種根菜類の一連作業、即ち洗浄→選
別→箱詰めを行なう一連作業工程の一貫としてその流れ
(作業性)を大幅に向上し得る画期的な絡みほぐし装置
となる。
